Expressions Vinyl - White - 12in. x 12in. 5-Pack Ultra-Glitter Permanent Vinyl Single Color Sheets

First let me say we LOVE our Cricut, and we use a lot of vinyl. When needing glitter vinyl we immediately purchased the Cricut brand. Unfortunately, we wasted an entire package and were only able to get 1 small set of letters to transfer. It does NOT come off the backing with the included Strong transfer paper, or any other tip/trick we tried (including warming, alcohol, and packing tape).We have switched to using this Expressions brand vinyl anytime we need glitter. Very beautiful, and transfers are EASY, just like any other vinyl product you've used. No special transfer paper, no tricks needed, just easy and consistent transfer.Side by side the Cricut silver vinyl is light and a little shinier, more of a "diamond" look, where the Expressions is more of a silver glitter look. If not seen side by side you will not complain and will love the Expressions, but just to be fair, side by side the look of the Cricut is nicer. But since it's not usable, it doesn't really matter.Bottom line: this glitter vinyl is beautiful, very shiny, and is a BREEZE to work with. Don't by any other brand of glitter vinyl.

The gold is very close to the color in the photo. It's a bit darker and more sophisticated. Not quite an "old gold," but not an obnoxious cheesy gold. The glitter is tiny and very sparkly. It's also completely smooth. I used a Silhouette Cameo to cut the vinyl. Initially, I used the machine's recommended setting of "1" for "Silhouette Brand Vinyl," but that didn't cut quite deep enough, so I switched the blade to "2" and used the setting for "Copy Paper (Medium)." The cut was perfect, weeded instantly and didn't cause any damage to backing. Used some transfer paper to apply the vinyl to a metal cup and voila - instant personalized cup for a party favor. Since I'm giving the cup as a gift, I don't know how the vinyl holds up over time. I tried to pick at it a little bit and it appears to be undeniably stuck to the cup. Overall, looks very professional and pretty.

This glittery vinyl is glittery, glossy, smooth and thin! Perfect for my project - applying to glass. Cut perfect with my Explore Air, on the straight-up vinyl setting using the green mat. Weeding was easy, though i did have to wear readers since the cuts were perfect. Works well with transfer tape. I have cut and mounted several times with no problems. I am using for indoor use and havent had long enough to comment on durability, but it has worked perfectly so far; has gorgeously stayed put where i put it. I just bought two more packs and i am looking around the house for more stuff to label with this glittery goodness.

This is by far the easiest glitter vinyl I have purchased. It does not have a glitter texture, it is smooth. However it is still beautiful and did nicely for my project. Please keep in mind that this is not heat transfer vinyl. I read a few negative reviews but I think the people writing those did not read the project description.

This vinyl is beautiful! I cut a design and stuck it to an insulated coffee cup that I use every day. I wash the mug every day with hot water and soap (I wont put it in the dishwasher). The decal I made is showing no signs of coming off! I am so happy with this product, I am going to buy more!

Pro: no glitter shedding, easy to use/cut, pretty colorCon: not as bright of a gold as I’d hoped for. Looked more like a champagne gold color but still a pretty color.

Really love this glitter vinyl. I am using it to apply text to Christmas ornaments and it works like a charm. It is easy to weed, releases easily from the backing using transfer tape, and then releases easily from the transfer tape. It sticks well on the plastic and the glass ornaments. I just ordered more in a different color. I have never had a problem with any of the Expressions Vinyl products.

The only reason for not having 5 stars was due to the color difference. The silver is MUCH darker than pictured. Other thank the color, this vinyl works GREAT! It stays on nicely. Use it for gods flutes and looks great.

Didn't give five stars because I have yet to see how my wine glasses (personalized with this beautiful vinyl) hold up to multiple washes. So far have washed by hand two or three times and they're looking great. Would order again!
