Better than the cushion heel inserts for leg length discrepancies
The biggest difference for these inserts vs the foam/cushion heel inserts is these are of consistent thickness from front to back of the heel. They are still comfortable and flex but give much less than foam (a good thing). The foam/cushion inserts are typically a wedge from front to back and the actual effective height increase, given your heel is on a slope, is less than advertised. The additional give of the foam exacerbates this difference and further reduces the actual lift of the foam inserts. Once you find the right height, you will need to add a small amount of glue to keep the layers together as they do not stick together on their own like many of the others do. Minor issue.

Shipping was very quick.
The inserts help considerably in balancing my walking by adding the evenness to each step. Given the material used means adhesion is not the best but acceptable so far.

Great product
These were so easy to use and can fit into numerous types of shoes I am very happy with this purchase and plan on getting more of these , they are very comfortable and add just the right amount of height .

Worked to correct issues with ski boots and ankle flexion
Great corrective device for ski boots if you have poor ankle flexion or your boots have a lot of forward lean and you're struggling to maintain shin contact with the cuff. May also help to take up excess space in the bridge of the boots, but a full length lift/bed might be better in that case. If you only feel like you can get control of your skis when going into a super-athletic stance, but your skis feel oddly imprecise and require too much work on casual terrain, this may be you.

Close, but no cigar.
I did not really like these. I put them inside my shoe to help equilibrate my left and right, after a leg length discrepancy following a total hip replacement, creating an 8 mm difference between left and right leg lengths. The problem here is not that they don’t make you a tiny bit taller. They do. The problem is that the increased height you get comes at the expense of bearing yet more weight on the tarsal bones (forefoot) which takes on the body weight offloaded by the angle of the heel, which translates into increased discomfort unless you enjoy the high heel experience. I enjoy comfort and function and I pursue this more than any interest in fashion or appearance. For people who are built with Barbie doll feet and just want to make a high heel experience out of their ordinary flat shoes, this might be just the ticket. Because of my pursuit of maximum autonomy and mobility, I reject patriarchy in many forms including the crippling of women via foot fetishism. So these contraptions did not serve my purpose as I intensely dislike the discomfort of having my balance thrown off and aggravating my axial skeletal distribution. These heel-only lifts were not worth the increased forefoot pain burden for me, even though they leveled up my hips and spine while I was wearing them. However the purchase of these relatively cheep shoe inserts did teach me the importance of paying an orthopedic foot specialist for a custom orthotic. These are a fashion fad but not a real solution for post-hip replacement leg length discrepancy prosthetic correction. No substitute for a proper orthotic from a proper orthopedic foot specialist. An inexpensive life lesson, not a correction for an orthopedic problem.

Good buy
Great inserts. Don’t flatten or compress over time like others do

Fill the need but could improve the structure
When I open this up I immediately like them I was able to find the right size for the discrepancy that I have. I'm been paying $70 for inserts and it's totally ridiculous and when I found these I was so excited. I still am excited I like them a lot I'll be ordering more to have them in most of my shoes. The one thing I didn't like is that they pop out of the little grooves and that makes it a little difficult. And the other thing that I would have liked to seen them to be just slightly longer so that they don't like end at the you know the part of the heel that starts to go into the arch. Otherwise these are definitely a game changer with my pocketbook and my

Usable but small
Not as thick as hoped. More like 1/4 inch lift not 5/8.
