Will change the culture of your company
I have about 100 Lean books and when the president of the company looked at my library he said "I'm going to close my eyes and hold out my hand. Put the ONE book in my hand that you want me to read". I gave him this one. He really 'got ot' and subsequently changed the way he and our senior leaders behaved.
