We weren’t sure what to expect but my husband has been using this now for about 3 months and his hair is noticeably darker / less grey! He’s late 50’s, with a strong head of hair, which is salt n pepper grey. He is now using it every other wash, so on average twice a week, to maintain the colour. He didn’t want to dye his hair and have a sudden & dramatic colour change, and this shampoo has created a naturally more blended colour. Others have reported issues with staining of fingers, nails, shower area but he’s not experienced any of this. What isn’t entirely clear is whether to wash his hair once or twice with the shampoo, each time, as with regular shampoo you wash hair twice then condition. So what he’s doing is washing his hair first with regular shampoo, then, after rinsing, using GX, and forgoing any conditioner. He says his hair feels cleaner doing it this way, as when he only washes it once his hair doesn’t feel squeaky clean!

I’ve been using this shampoo for a few weeks now and the results are gradual but noticeable. It’s easy to use as part of a normal hair washing routine, and the colour change looks natural rather than sudden. Hair feels clean and conditioned after use, so it works well as a 2-in-1 product. I’m in my lates 40s (58 ;)) and this shampoo is great to hide gray hairs. All you need to do is shampoo into your hair and leave in the hair for minimum of 3 minutes, if you leave longe4 the hair will become darker, and then rinse out. You have to be careful to wear gloves when using because the shampoo will tint your fingernails. I use disposable gloves which are aliquoted

Awful stuff. Been using for 2 weeks couldn't really see any difference till I went and got my hair cut all my scalp is patches of dark. Hairs not changed color but my scalp looks awful. Unsure how to get the dye of my scalp. Won't be using again its going in bin and defiantly won't recommend or less I do like you. Avoid

I ordered 2. First few days were OK, I could see the difference to my grey hair and the colour was only going to my nails which I was ok with cleaning it later, however I just had a shower and this time it’s all over my hands and nails see pics. It’s good but you now kow the side affect. I’m only doing this review so you know what to expect. In simple words , it does the job slowly but expect the colour to go on your hands, I might try with gloves on next time to see if it helps.

Used this many times great product

Works well so far. Dyes once with just for men colour, use this a couple of times a week - keeps it the right colour. Be warned if you splash it anywhere it’ll dye tiles, grout and / or bath…. Easier to scrub off sooner rather than later, but takes a while to go dark enough to see. Anyway, all in all a good product
