Fast and easy set up! Works great!
These are fast and easy to set up and link with your Alexa app too. Plug them in, then install the App on your phone or table, they even give you the QR code to scan to get the app. Once the App is set up, your device will locate the plug. You can name them whatever you want, for example "living room light", which is ideal for the Alexa App. Have Alexa learn the skill then tell her what you want her to do. Tell Alexa to "turn on living room light" and its on. You can use the same account on multiple smart devices, too. The app allows you to remotely turn the plug on and off and set timers, all great for when you are out of town or just don't want to walk into a dark house with your hands full.

Good hardware, software has limitations
I've tried several brands of so-called smart switches. These are among the best, and much better than the iDevices version. They do not take up too much space. Setting up a schedule is easy, but it is not possible to combine all the switches into a single group and apply one schedule to all switches. Also, they do not work with Apple's HomeKit, which is a serious limitation. So, they work well, but the software and ease of use is not there.

These little guys were so ready to get to work I didn't even have to go to app installation. The Jinvoo and Xenon Smart apps mentioned in the instructions work fine (I tried them, all the apps I have tried seem to request unnecessary permissions for data mining) as does the KMC Smart app I had already installed for another smart socket. These smart sockets are smaller and more attractive than the other smart socket I have, and had no trouble connecting to my Wi-Fi, a real issues with my other socket, which will only connect to Hotspot, and is a mobile power drain. Very glad to find a product that will not lower my cell performance. These set up in seconds, and work well through Alexa. Be sure to name them carefully, as you will be saying it a lot to Alexa.

All A's across the board
These two things are perfect. They never have a problem losing connectivity and always work with Alexa first before anything even Philips Hue or Logitech or any other smartphone. You can always guarantee that your electrical outlets are connected and can be operated immediately. The great feature of having them able to be accessed away from home is utterly amazing. Allowing you to warm or cool your house before you get home or turn something on to make sure you're ready when you get there such as a Crock-Pot or any other electronic device with a switch. These devices are great for a great price and with a great connectivity and a great build with a good look. Definitely one of the best technological purchases within the last 6 months

Good smart plug choice for the price
The outlets work. The price is good, getting two for around the price of one of some more well known brands. It was a bit difficult to set up, taking numerous attempts before it would connect with my router. The software doesn't have many features and also crashes a lot on my Google Pixel phone. I have to restart the phone to get it to work again. However, all I wanted these for was the ability to set a number of timers for each outlet and that part was easy to do. The timer function works like a charm.

Works great with Alexa and supplied App
Works great with Alexa. Instructions were easy to setup on the recommended smart phone app, then ran a discovery on Alexa and found it perfect. The trick is to "rename" the device in the app it came with and Alexa will know it as that. For example, I named one of mine "Lamp" and the other "living room." Then I tell Alexa: "Alexa turn on the Lamp" or "Alexa turn on Living Room." and works perfect.

tl;dr - set these up via "Smart Life" app, then use IFTTT
Have been using these for a while now. They work .... kinda.I've used both the "Jinvoo", "Tuya", and "Smart Life" apps. All of these apps are equally awful but go with the Smart Life app, as it can integrate with IFTTT.In my opinion, IFTTT is a fundamental "must have" in any smart device, but it's especially important for these smart plugs. I had the same issue that a lot of others have said, that these plugs don't turn on/off correctly once daylight saving time came (which was why I tried out all three apps). But once I set up the IFTTT integration, BAM! haven't had an issue since.

Otherwise amazing. I even hooked one up to the bathroom ...
These are great--have to add their app first, then connect to Echo. Few problems. The only limitation is that is when I put it on my cabinet where I have to touch to hinge to light, it won't work--so no special touch systems. Otherwise amazing. I even hooked one up to the bathroom plug so that if I forget to unplug my hair iron, I can turn it off no matter where I am.
