Quality Product at Reasonable Price
We generally need to purchase medicine organizers annually as they tend to fall apart after daily use and the wording rubs off quickly. There are a number of very similar versions of this product on amazon that we have acquired in the past and they have arrived poorly molded and poorly shipped. First observation was that the product is professionally packaged for shipping. Each unit is bubbled wrapped and then inserted into a seal plastic bag. The units are then packed in sealed air bags in the shipping box. This might seem like TMI on the packaging, but after acquiring a number of medicine organizers over the years and seeing them arrive damaged, shipping is a big deal for us. Daily sleeves snap in nicely and nice large round poke-through holes on the bottom make removing the sleeves easy. Sleeve printing is large making it easy to read the days and associated times. TIP: To make the writing on the sleeves last longer, coat them with clear nail polish. The trays are large and in our case, easily holds 32 pills for the week with room to spare. Braille is also imprinted on the sleeves.

Poor design, not intuitive to use
It’s a great idea and it includes Braille markers which is a plus for blind individuals. However, the design is very poor. Firstly, the Braille marking the days of the week were along the top lip of the tray. As a blind individual, this made it impossible to reach over the organizer and read. It would have been more intuitive to put the letters on the bottom lip of the tray or on the organizer sections themselves. Second, the sections did not lock securely into the tray. Within a week three sections were very loose and falling out of the tray. Third, the sections are arranged so that you cannot open any of the compartment lids without first removing that section. I felt that was not very intuitive, especially for preparing. Two of my medications should only be taken once a week, so it’s important to me to keep which section represent which days straight. So I’d have ferred to arrange them in the tray with lids open, put the pills into their assigned places, then closed the lids. That’s not possible the way this is designed. Lastly, even the compartment lids aren’t all that secure. I had a couple of my tiny pills spill out and a few of the lids lost their “snap” when closing within a week... This was a great idea but really needs some major design improvements to be something I can recommend.

Very large - decent quality.
ENORMOUS pill case. Nobody could possibly take more pills than would fit in this thing. I take about 32 pills and supplements a day but I totally have enough room to double or triple that. Before you gasp at 32 pills - a lot of them are medicinal food/supplements. But those do tend to be the larger pills. The doors are not very robust. Very flimsy plastic which I'm not sure will last very long. Also the trays dont seem to lock into place in the holder very well. So if you need them to stay securely in there I would go for something else. The lids stay closed for the most part - but there have been a few accidents when they opened on me when I put it in my bag.

Tops wouldn't stay closed and some of the organizers wouldn't stay in the tray
I've had a different brand organizer I've used for YEARS and finally needed to replace it. Bought this one and as soon as I took it out of the package 2 of the daily organizers fell out of the tray and 4 or 5 random tops wouldn't even stay closed. Returned it and gonna try a different brand

Good Pill Organizer with Lots of Room
UPDATE;This is my 3rd unit ordered of this type. I have been looking for an extra large organizer and while this one is not perfect for my needs, it does in fact have the largest compartments I have found. I take large quantities of supplements and some of them are quite large. I do have to jostle them around to all fit and close properly, but it works. I wish I could find one even only 1/4" or so deeper that is the same size so I didn't have to work to get the kids to close, but so far this is the best I have found. Also on my previous ones I noted that the kids on a few of them were getting loose. Within a week after posting a few of them actually came completely detached. The good news is that they still snapped shut securely so still functional! So far these organizers have worked out great. I take a lot of supplements so need a pill organizer that has lots of room in each compartment so these fit the bill. The ability to remove a single day from the tray is a big bonus. My only concern so far after a month of use is the hinge on some of the compartments have already become weak, to the point when you open them they don't "stand up", but actually flop down. Not sure of over time this will be an inherent weakness that will allow them to become completely detached, but the biggest issue with this thus far is when I refill them it makes it a pain because I have to move the lids out of the way.Regardless all in all I am happy with them and they meet my needs well.

After 15 days the "Days" began coming off the top of the compartments
I received this on 22 December, and loved everything about it, right up until I didn't. First, the good stuff, its roomy, holding all of my meds easily, and there are a lot. Here's the bad news, within 10 days the "day" info had rubbed off 6 compartments. I know it isn't a big thing for functionality, but as a measure, I got this one to replace one I got from the VA 10 years ago! Therefore the grade for this beauty is less than perfect.

Loose lids
Compartments are large enough to hold multiple medications. Pills are easily seen thru the clear case so no need to open lids to check to see if meds were taken. Each weekday is clearly labeled and is removable for easy travel during the day. The only draw back is that the lids do not shut very tightly and can open when traveling. Plan on using a rubberband and small ziploc bag to make sure lids do not pop open and spill medications when traveling. No problems when simply left on the counter for daily use.
