Great book for a 3-6 year old
I love this book. It's a basic book with photos and definitions. I love choosing books for my daughter that are educational and also interesting. Right now, this book doesn't maintain my daughter's interest like the other books by Chris Ferrie. Those are much more basic and better suited for a two year old. I'd say that this book will probably be loved more by her as she gets a little bit older. I would highly suggest this for kids 3-6 whereas the other books are definitely more suited for a 2 year old. Her age/lack of interest at this point doesn't make this book any less great. We'll just probably enjoy this a lot more in a year or two.

Clever alphabet but sloppy typos
The book is a clever way to experience the ABC's with colorful lettering for terms used in physics. My disappointment are the four spelling errors and one grammar error: Under "Ion" statement should read, "... ion with fewer electrons has positive charge"; Under "Joule", "Joule is named after physicist..."; Under "Magnet", "...Magnets arise from either innate atomic..."; Under "Uncertainty", "Heisenberg's uncertainty..." Frankly, I'd have used Fission for F rather than Fusion. Fission is the nuclear reaction in nuclear reactors (hot topic), more relevant than Fusion which occurs on the Sun. I gave this book three stars just for the novelty of combining physics terms with the alphabet. It deserves one star due to the sloppy mechanics.

enjoy it! I wish the artwork was a little ...
Cute book. I probably bought it a little early as my 15 month old does not seem that interested in it. I, on the other hand, enjoy it! I wish the artwork was a little more detailed and engaging...doesn't really keep her attention. Also, it is very thin and flimsy, not ideal for little ones.

Cute and Fun
A fun surprise gift for my daddy-to-be physicist of a husband. He was a little disappointed with the over-simplification of some terms but he loved it all the same. Basic children's book materials, nothing super fancy, but it looks like it will hold up for a good while.

Awezome
I chose this rating be cuz I like physics and sauce, sauce is good and tastes like mustard and ketchup and mayonnaise. I put it on hot dogs and eggs and stars and salt

Excellent book to introduce physic concepts, by using the ABCs!
I love the concepts of these books are quite different from the typical ABC books (A is for apple, B is for Boy, etc) This introduces concepts from physics which gives a child a different aspect of life instead of the typical things he/she learns in school. This book is very easy to read and understand. The only con is that the book pictures are a bit basic and is paperback!

Perfect for Kids to Start and Grow into Science!
Even with the minor errors, I'm going to buy this one in board form. I've gotten several others in the series and the toddler loves them all. We'll be able to keep these for a while as there's lots of information packed in them.

Great book, terrible packaging.
The book itself is fabulous and deserves 5 stars, but the packaging was so horrible that the front and back covers and the pages inside were all bent. Sorely disappointed since this was going to be a Christmas present.

interesting and great presentation
I like it I really do ..... I even refresh myself on the terms in here! if you are not into science this is not for you!both my little ones will have a flick through and the eldest - six year old - will read it and learn the odd thing too.I challenge an adult not to pick it up and read s few mages and say (outloud or otherwise) .... ooooh yeah that's interesting/id forgotten that.think we will come back to this book time and again over the next 10 year!

Genius!!
This guy is a genius- literally! Love these books! Wish they had baby Mathematics too and other complex issues for infants. My young daughter loves all his books and my eldest son enjoys reading with her too! The kindle edition is what we have and the easy to scroll pages of course means wipe clean surface and easy storage. Can't beat it!

Definitely not good for babies

I am very disappointed. One positive is I like the idea of ...
How can this be a book for babies? I don't think any of the pictures can attract our babies. I am very disappointed. One positive is I like the idea of using Physics words to teach ABC.

Lazy effort.
Our son loves the 'Quantum Physics for Babies' book, but the author gives little to no effort with this one, really doesn't spend much time thinking or illustrating. Why would someone think that P for Photon was an intelligent way to teach children about the alphabet, or C for Charge. Its silly decisions like that all over the book that make me quite upset that I purchased it
