After recently closing on a home down in Sarasota, one of the immediate challenges was dealing with the coastal humidity creeping into the closets. I wanted a passive way to protect clothes and keep the space smelling fresh without having to run an electric dehumidifier all day. Performance & Everyday Use: Effectiveness: It’s incredibly satisfying (and a bit alarming) to see how much water these pull from the air. In our master closet, it took about six weeks for the crystals in the top pouch to fully dissolve and fill the bottom bag with trapped moisture. The Scent: The Lavender Vanilla fragrance is noticeable but not overwhelming. It completely eliminated that stale, musty odor that enclosed spaces tend to get in this climate, replacing it with a clean scent. Convenience: Zero maintenance required. You literally just unwrap it, hang it on the closet rod, and forget about it. Once the bottom section is full of water, you just toss the whole thing in the trash. The Only Downside: They hang down fairly low, especially as the bottom fills with water and gets heavy. If you hang them on a rod with longer items like coats or dresses, the bulky water pouch might rest awkwardly against your clothes or drag on the shelf below. It’s best to position them alongside shorter items like button-down shirts. Verdict: If you live in a humid area and need a low-effort solution to keep your wardrobe smelling great and feeling dry, this 3-pack is a no-brainer. I'll be keeping these in regular rotation around the house. Is great value for the money!

I used one at our hotel room in Cancun where it’s pretty humid and it worked great. It took away the humidity and our room never smelled musty. You can see the water in the bag. I recommend it.

I rent a room in basement and there is a funky smell. My friend suggested these. I am pleasantly suprised by the light fragrance. I hang dry my wet shirts in my closet and the bags sucked out all the moisture! Definitely worth the purchase and a great bargin for 3 in a box.

I started using these after my car’s sunroof drains failed and moisture kept building up inside. They definitely work - you can actually see water slowly collecting in the bag - but it isn’t immediate. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed a meaningful amount of moisture being pulled out. Once it gets going, though, it really helps reduce dampness and musty smells. I’d recommend this for steady, long-term moisture control rather than expecting overnight results. Overall very effective, just requires patience.

Oh my goodness, these moisture absorbing bags really work well! I have a closet in my house that is side-by-side with a bathroom and noticed my clothes were getting musty smelling (even when recently washed). We recently moved into an older historic home on a military base in Texas, and these houses are known to have issues with mold. I wanted to be proactive and do whatever I could to help prevent problems, so I gave these a try. I’ve already purchased a couple of boxes and just ordered more—they seem to work really well. You can actually see the water collecting in the clear bag, which is pretty amazing and shows how much moisture they’re pulling from the air. I’ll definitely keep buying these to help keep the moisture levels down in our closets. Great product!

These work exceptionally well to decrease musty smells in seldom-used areas. I always have one in a spare bedroom and in the cellar. Easy to use. Hang them up and change them every month or so, depending on the humidity in the area.

Worked well as product, however it only lasted 35 days for me. When it says 60 days. Quite frustrated how quickly needs to be replaced.

Worked great in our room in Mexico. The room didn’t smell musty at all and it collected quite a bit of water for the 10 days we were there-I’d say about 500-1000mls. Will definitely bring again for another trip and buy again.
