If these are considered "Mid Range" headsets, then anything above this would be considered professional grade. These are comfortable enough for long gaming sessions. I love that they're plug and play right out of the box without any need for setup(PS4). I like the different customizable modes for sound quality. The sound quality in game is so good that I swear that it made my eyesight better. You can pinpoint the direction of the noises in 3D with these. I highly recommend these for the price point.

I have ADHD, I WILL forget to charge every single device I own. It’s so frustrating when my friends want to game or chat on discord and my headphones are dead. I have to either wire into my PC and adjust my setup so the wire will reach- or I have to use my speakers and disturb my housemates. I love being able to just put my headphones on the dock and they’re always charged. It’s a game changer for me. Since having them my friends have commented that my mic sounds better than both my fifine and blue yeti- so that’s a nice bonus! The sound is great but I’m not a sound expert so I’m easy to please.

Sound quality? good, mic quality? also good so what's the issue? the issue is that this thing began to break down just 3 months after purchase first the battery stopped charging, I would put it to charge for an entire day, the station claims it is at full charge, I turn it on and it turns off after 5 seconds, when I plug it again it claims it is at 0%, it also now transmit audio while plugged in and even if set to off, so now it is always on while charging I could still use it but as a wired headset with extra steps, as it still requires the stand to connect but now after about a year it has began to show more issues, the wire connected to the headset has holes all over the place, and it doesn't seem to even connect properly anymore, but the other cables I try have a different issue, as they might just disconnect at random, except it is not a real disconnect as I still hear the "turning off" sound when unplugging I have no idea what is wrong with this thing but I honestly feel ripped off

I was worried about presentation since this was a birthday gift. However, it came in original packaging and still felt luxurious to open. It connected to the PS5 immediately. We didn’t even need to go to settings to set it up. The sound is amazing. You can hear where everything is coming from.

great sound quality and mic quality, great fit/comfort for my big head, but they are overall kinda janky. Takes a little bit of setup to fine tune the software initially and every now and then they will just completely stop working and I have to hard reset them. But if you're willing to put up with that, then it is good headset. But honestly for the price point, I would much prefer a streamlined bluetooth headset with zero problems.

Had these for a while now, I got the refurbished version and the sound quality is decent however I noticed a clear difference in loudness versus my g933s, they function all right the microphone is what has the most issues like if you put it down from its up position it doesn't work sometimes and you have to put it back up and down again I'm not sure if that's a common issue for these things but that's what I've been experiencing, the microphone overall though isn't that great obviously I would recommend getting a USB mic like Blue Yeti or something like that, the design as normal is as expected it's good and comfortable, overall I would say it was a good value for my money.

2 días de uso y al tercer día no se escuchan, no cargan y la base no los reconoce :/ El empaque consistía en 2 cajas la externa genérica y la interna también genérica. En cuanto a la separación entre caja externa y la interna si tenían algo de protección en forma de bolsas de aire, sin embargo en la caja interna (que es donde estaban los audífonos) parecía bastante improvisado, tenia una bolsa gruesa y algunas bolsas verdes desinfladas a modo de protección o no se (como se muestra en la foto). La primera vez que los conecte a la PC las instrucciones marcaban que debían cargase por completo, los deje toda la tarde y ya estaban listos, la computadora los reconoció rápido y en general estaba contento con mi compra, sin embargo al tercer día de uso empezaron los problemas, la computadora los reconocía pero simplemente no reproducían ningún sonido, busque en internet si era algún tipo de configuración pero nada, luego los coloque en su base y esta no los reconocía, finalmente el led que indica que los audífonos están funcionando se apago y no volvió a encender. Perdida total. Solicite el reembolso a ver si no tarda demasiado.

Son muy buenos audífonos, se escuchan bien y su equalizador tiene varias funciones, funcionaron bien mucho tiempo, después de 1 año les dura poco la batería a comparación de recién comprados

Es la primera vez que compro un producto renewed y al leer las reseñas me dio un poco de miedo, sin embargo noté que las malas reseñas podían ser de personas que no sabían configurarlos, tuve que investigar un poco ya que yo los uso en pc y la primera vez funcionaron pero después no es que no funcionaran sino que mi pc no quería detectar el wifi, mencionaré por si alguien ve mi reseña que pueden fallar o tu pc si tu pc no está conectada a internet por medio de un cable ya que los audífonos funcionan por medio de una banda de 5Ghz al igual que los wifi de ahora entonces puede generar interferencia pero si conectas tu pc por cable no habrá ningún problema, los recomiendo, me llegaron técnicamente nuevos y nada más la caja un poco desgastada pero con sello de astro de verificación de que sirve todo al 100 y así ha sido.
