Effective and Affordable
I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using. This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements. I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle). I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it. I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

Horrible, nasty, DO NOT BUY!
Bought the Unflavored to add to my shaker cups with protein powder. Horrible, tastes like rat poison. Tingled on my tongue, threw it out. Didnt even drink the sip i took and it made my stomach hurt. Horrible! Do not buy this crap.

looking for something tasty it’s not for you, if looking for quality Amino Acids this is perfect.
I love this product because it’s the perfect source to remove the ‘middle man’ aka meat/fish/poultry. The veil of “protein” has been lifted. 100% recommended. How ever the taste is quite strong, somewhat of a stale, gross, cardboard, musty taste. However I’m not in this for glitter and rainbows - I look past it.

Great product, bitter taste but it's pure
To the people bemoaning the bad taste. Yes, it tastes bitter and unpleasant but you get used to it. You're an adult. If you can't overcome that, then feel free to add sugar or fake sugar to get the flavored version. Overall, this is a great product. It's pure EAAs, no garbage fillers, no taste enhancers, flavors or any of that toxic stuff. What's great about these EAAs is that they're so pure they don't even trigger an insulin response, at least in my experience. You can even take them while water fasting. They're not going to mess with your fast.

Potent bad flavor
Good product, strong terrible flavor. Do not mistake “unflavored” as “flavorless” it has a very potent bad taste. I purchased unflavored to add to my protein shake thinking it wouldn’t change the flavor and it did. But if you can get over that it’s great. I will try a flavored one next time.

Great Product, minimal ingredients
Great product at this price point. I got unflavored as to not have any extra ingredients. People say unflavored smells bad I don’t see that at all. Once mixed in my soy milk with a bit of stevia and blueberries it will kill smell if it had one, not an issue. I take valerian root, now that stinks.

helps with muscle retention on a cut
i decided to add this to my stack and have been taking a full scoop for a few weeks, i’m in a deficit and this helped me preserve muscle mass while shredding down bf i’ve also experienced some appetite suppression post consumption. so five stars from me, taste isn’t great but its a supplement not starbucks👍

I ordered my EAA flavourless, and it's very very bitter. It's ruins all my shakes, I wondering how such a taste is not rectified by the company yet.
