Absolutely amazing! Quick results from straight-forward exercises.
I absolutely love this workout video and the cheerful instructor, Allie. The exercises are easy but highly effective and do not require much space (only yoga matt-worth of space). It's a full-body workout with exercises for shoulders, stomach, abs, buns, and legs. I could see a difference in my abs after just a week of exercises. The video definitely helps with keeping a good posture. I got my husband hooked on the video, too. He said these exercises cured his knee pain. I have recommended the video to multiple family members and friends and they all really like it. Perfect for living room exercises during coronavirus days!

An Awesome Workout! Buy it now and you won't regret it!
I bought this DVD years ago and the workout never gets old. Bought it again on Amazon just so I could have a copy in case the other wears out. The workout is amazing, Ally is extremely encouraging, and the results are incredible. On top of that, all you need is 30 good minutes a few times a week to get the results you desire. If you're looking for less visceral fat, it's a great workout.

Take the FIRM challenge
I have been a FIRM Believer since my early 20's. I was really surprised at how challenging this stability ball workout is. Although you only use your own weight and the stability ball, you will be sweating by the time you're done.

the firm rocks! you really see results after 10 work out have lost the weight of my two pregnancies with these workouts and i am still using and buying them!! after my pregnancies was overweight and lost over 80lbs in a short period of time with a healthy diet and you can also shed a lot and i mean a lot without diet as well... but don't go eating like crazy.. ;)

Not for beginners
The instructor doesn’t keep your interest. Doesn’t show different things to do at different levels.

A beginner's ab workout
This is a basic beginner ab workout. If you work out at all you do not want this. You dont even do crunches. You dont feel the burn with any of the the exercises.

Excellent core work out very good for abdominal workout and core strength

Muscles felt it
Great workout and offers variety from lifting weights. I lift weights but was a little sore after this workout. They pack a lot in 30 minutes and you're working all muscles. I love the Firm workouts.
