Can be shocking...literally.
I decided to try a set of these for my Samsung Galaxy S6 (when the inline control on the OEM headset failed). I decided to give these a try because there have been good reviews for them (at least for the v2 version). My first impression with them is that they look kind of cool, but cool does not equate to good ergonomics. First thing I noticed is that because the cords hang out directly from the metal cylinders, it feels like they're missing "handles" for me to hold them. The cylinder shape with the metal edge is definitely not comfortable when I'm lying in bed on my side, because the metal edge pushes against my ear. So in terms of ergonomics, it feels like an unfinished product. Speaking of ergonomics, I also didn't really like the inline control. The control button sticks out, but the volume buttons are not (just have to get used to it I suppose). These come with three sets of tips. I think the default (middle) one fits my ears the best, but they still will work their way loose from my ears. The opening must be more standard, because I was able to fit the tips from my old Samsung Galaxy S4 headset. In terms of the sound quality, I think these are better than the more expensive Sennheiser CX5.00G that I also have. For the price of $19.95 from OnePlus directly, I think they're pretty good (not sure why it costs twice as much via this Amazon 3rd-party seller). I also like that it has a straight plug instead of a L-shape plug with the Sennheiser. It seems this cord tangles more easily than the cords on the Sennheiser.Like the Sennheiser, these don't like to stay in my ears when jogging/running. These don't transmit as much internal noise (cord movement, breathing, heartbeat) to my ears as compared to the Sennheiser. I think what would help is adding in a small clip to clip onto a shirt so the weight of the whole cord that's moving around doesn't pull on the ear plugs to work them loose. There are two strange issues that I have noticed with these OnePlus Bullet v2 headsets. One is that once a while, I'll hear a low-frequency hum/buzz when I'm charging the phone (I have never experienced that using the Sennheiser or the OEM Samsung headset). Two is that this is the first earphone I have ever used that can pass static electricity to my ears! Initially I thought why there was popping on the drivers, but then I realized it was static electricity discharging through the earphones. I guess this is my first earphone that has a metal body on the outside. If you don't believe me, try listening this when you're plugged into something grounded (say a computer), and then do something that can cause static electricity (such as peeling off plastic wrap off a calendar). There will be static electricity going through your ears (not a good feeling). I can actually replicate this while listening on the computer and taking off my jacket (which has a inner fleece layer). Now, I have to keep that in mind when using this headset on my computers...2/28/2018 Update: After less than a month of use, the lower-volume button started to fail (won't function most of the time). Contacted OnePlus support to let them know, and they sent me a replacement. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer than a month!

Major Disappointment
Sorely disappointed by these "premium" earbuds. The sound is nice *when* you can get them to fit, but they fall out so easily. I'm buying another set of my Noot earbuds. Much better and half the price.
