Had another brand, my printer wasn't working, thought it was my printer, turns out it was the other brand of ink, not the printer!

Its prints fine and its compatible with my hp printer. Its very easy to install. It prints as mentioned in its description. It dries quickly after printing. The speed of printing is based on your printer. It does resist smudge so its a plus point.

I've had it with Instant Ink and wanted to buy replacement cartridges that were reasonably priced. So I tried Sailner. Arrived overnite and worked in my HP 6452e without an issue. I did have the printer unplugged before I installed these cartridges. The printer turned right on when plugged in and ran a calibration on its own. So far so good. It seems to work and the printing is comparable to the original ink.

--Update-- Updating my review from 2 stars to 5 simply for the sake of their customer service. They reached out and offered a full refund, which is greatly appreciated. Clearly a lot of folks have good experiences with this ink, and I can say they definitely have the customer service to back it up. Much appreciated! --Original Review-- Black cartridge worked well, but the color cartridge was defective and the printer wouldn't recognize it. Upon closer inspection, it appears one of the PCB contact points is burned. I'm sure I just got a lemon, but annoying none the less.

Update: The seller reached out after my original review. They asked for more details on the error given by the printer and offered a replacement or refund. I had not originally contacted the seller directly since this was well outside the normal return window. Since the seller stood behind their product and has good customer service, I am amending my review to four stars. The color cartridge did work and the seller made good on the black cartridge that did not work. I would be willing to order from them again. DO NOT BUY. The color cartridge worked, so I thought I was all set. However, when my black cartridge ran out and it was time to replace it with this one, the printer wouldn't recognize it. Now, of course, I am outside of my return window and can't return it. Don't waste your money.
