I began taking this product on the advice of Dr. Dayton my holistic doctor, to help control my blood pressure and anxiety. Along with a proper diet, and exercise I realized lower numbers when I measured my blood pressure. I get on the treadmill each morning and fast walk to Youtube's virtual treadmill runs for 1/2 hour, and eat a sensible no salt diet for hypertension. In addition I take Magnesium Glycinate 3 times a day. I have seen amazing results. I sleep better and I am not nervous anymore. I would not think of taking any other form of Magnesium. It works for me.
