This does not include a pen strap
I bought this thinking it would have some sort of strap for my pen. Sadly it did not, and like the other review said, the straps are a more of a miss than a hit. I wish the strpas would be on the bottom corners of the laptop, so that every time I moved, the case would not move. As of right now, the only thing holding the case is by the top part of the screen. I would have been more secured with some straps on the bottom, but that just calls for a DIY on my part. Overall it needs some more tuning, but for being the only case I found for my laptop... I'll Take it.

Cheap imported garbage with no quality control
This case feels offers almost no protection, barely fits the laptop and has an impressive amount of manufacturing defects for such a simple product. You would be better off retrofitting a pizza box to protect your computer than relying on this piece of garbage to do anything other than make your laptop more bulky.

Description does not explain this product well
This product does not offer much protection, it is not sturdy, you cannot bring the screen flat down, the product does not come with a pen strap, the magnets for the foldable/flap part are not strong enough to keep it closed, and it's almost as if it barely fits the laptop (Surface Studio). False advertising almost.

Bad strap design. OK sturdiness
The diagonal straps for holding the case in place via the bottom corners of the SLS hinge plate prevent the screen from clicking securely back into laptop mode. The screen will easily slide forward from Laptop Mode, causing scraping. Luckily the case doesn't slide off too much if you opt to not use the straps. A thinner strap material or a horizontal strap might have worked better.I bought this case to add firmer protection around my SLS and enable me to use a messenger bag that has a laptop pouch but doesn't have enough padding on the bottom. This case barely does the job.
