I have zero complaints with this little frig. It serves the purpose it was purchased for very well. I think it was a great choice.!

My first one did arrive defective right out of the box. However, I understand that sometimes with mass manufacturing a unit could be defective here and there. The customer service immediately sent me a replacement and it arrived very quickly, no extra charge AND they let me keep the broken one! The customer service person I spoke with was very kind and professional, very attentive to the case, and took amazing care of me! The design of this fridge is great for a bachelor or a young couple with no kids. The freezer is huge for a 3.2! You could adequately store roughly 10 to 15 individually packaged pounds of meat in there! A half gallon of milk fits right in the door pocket & you can store 8 cans in the can slot if you drink soda or beer. Plus there's an additional shelf above those spaces where you could fit cheese and butter! You can easily store 2 weeks worth of meal prep in here, even if storing food for 2 weeks is frowned upon lol. It cools quickly and efficiently, and is very quiet too! I just got this it’s cute no problems yet. I kept seeing on other reviews how it wobbles all you have to do is tighten it at the bottom of the fridge. The plastic wrap was very easy to take it off, if you can’t take it off at the top you just need to unscrew the screws. I think this product needs a better manual I was kinda lost at the bottom where you plug it in the cord was very weird. I do like how you can put magnets on the fridge very cool. The freezer gets super cold love it but the bottom half not so much. Also confused on how it said turn the fridge off if not using? I thought that was the point of the fridge to keep it running? Confused on that ? The fridge is very quiet it does make noise but it’s not disruptive. It’s has a decent amount of storage the bottom half is pretty small. Overall it’s a nice fridge.

Been using it for almost a year now and to be honest it control the temperature really well. it looks amazing, also the storage capacity is awesome, it has 2 compartment one is the freezer.. it came with no dents at all and this it does not weight much.. i can fit it in most places.

Worked well for 14 months then stopped cooling entirely - both refrigerator and freezer. Technically it was beyond the warranty period but I sent emails, texts and left voicemails multiple times for Bangson customer support hoping they could help in some way. None were answered after 5 or more attempts - unbelievable. I like to give sellers the ability to respond to poor quality before writing negative reviews but this seller doesn’t seem to care - very disappointing. When I initially received the item it was also dented but I decided to not return it since it was an extra refrigerator being used in our garage. Overall a miserable experience and a waste of money.

I bought this back in December as Christmas gift for my teen, it shipped quickly and I was excited it would be here before the proposed date however it never arrived even though it said delivered, this company has Top tier customer service skills, they sent another that arrived within days of my message. It is currently March 15th, this fridge/freezer combo is just as great as it looks, I think it's better than my kitchen fridge. The ice cream stays frozen, the drinks stay cool everything it's supposed to do it does. I'm convinced I need to buy a new fridge for my kitchen after seeing how this one performs, there's no leakage. The size is perfect my son has it in his room, which is why I am not attaching photos.

i keep food, drinks, and ice cream in this thing with the temperature knob set to 4. keeps them all appropriately cold. i started at the highest setting, 7, and it makes things in the fridge frosty and icy (had some fruit with little bits of ice on it). dropped down to 3 and that leaves ice cream sort of mushy and half melted. 5 makes ice cream a little too hard for my liking, but it's also perfectly suitable. (this is also how i discovered that ice cream has a lower freezing point than water, because i had put a water bottle in the freezer first to determine if it was cold enough to store ice cream and it froze so i thought it would be fine.) it's kind of surprising how small it is (i have to crouch or sit on the floor) but it also holds a surprising amount imo. very happy with this purchase! update 4/2025: i have noticed that the fridge does chill things rather unevenly, the back left corner is the coldest and will freeze things or turn them to a half-frozen slush depending on proximity, so i generally keep things i need cold but unfrozen as close to the front right as possible
