Have used the support for several weeks now. Have found it to be very comfortable. It fit in my 2017 Rav4 perfect. Seems to help a back that needs firm lumbar support. I tighter the adjusting straps to get the firmest support possible. Seems to be working great so far.

The frame seems good and sturdy for the price. I'm 6'2 and 233lbs and I don't have any issues. EXCEPT, the only thing that keeps this on the chair is an inch wide elastic band that goes all the way around back of the frame. It slips and moves up and down the chair if you wiggle and there is no way to firmly fix the location. Depending on your chair it can be tight or way too insecure. I also worry about the band stretching out if used for a long time on a large chair.

I was hoping this would give some real lumbar support, but the curve is way too shallow to actually support the lower back. The mesh is fine, but those little round plastic bumps on the back press into you after a while and get uncomfortable. Overall it feels more like a thin cushion than actual support, definitely not what I expected.

Great lumbar support. I'm ordering a second one for my other chair! The bumps on the lumbar support feel good too.

I’ve had this lumbar support for a while now, and it’s still holding up great! It fits perfectly on my desk chair and gives just the right amount of support for long work sessions. I originally got it to help with my posture, and it’s definitely helped reduce the strain on my lower back. What I love most is how breathable it is—I never feel overheated. Purchased this on March 1 and I already need to purchase something else. I work from home therefore this is very important for me. I have recently also had a back injury and currently use a cushion on my office chair. I thought this would complete my set up but it didn't. I have had to adjust several times and tighten because it doesn't stay in place and not the beaded surface has separated from the base with threads hanging. Of course, I just missed the return window so now I am stuck. Take the time a research something more sturdy especially if you work from home.

I have no had this for a few weeks.. It is 100% BETTER THEN THE D SHAPED PILLOW!!! Don't get me wrong.. The pillow might help some of in the neck area.. But for me.. No help at all for the lower back.. Just felt like a bad something digging into me.. BUT THIS..... AWESOME!!! Larger surface to gently hold/support your back.. No sweaty back from memory foam pillow issues.. Great support for any spot of the back.. Easy to move up or down when needed.. The nubs u cant even tell are there.. But when u really lean into it u can feel it push into the soft tissue of back and feels really good.. JUST PERFECT!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS FOR ALL!!!

I have short legs and slouch while sitting because I do not reach the back of chairs and have no support in my lumber area. I padded the inside of the curve, put a towel over it and added it to the back of my sofa chair. The massage area gives firmness and support that fits the lumber area perfectly. It’s firm enough to put a heating pad on it to get direct heat. The mesh can be used to hold it in unique places with a bungee cord. Less pain and fidgeting. Luv it. Bought another for my vehicle.

Me llego muy bien empacado, me soporta las lumbares muy bien, y embona en mi silla perfecto. Hay muchas opiniones muy injustas, claro yo peso solo 50 kilos puede ser que para alguien de 90 kilos no lo soporte...A mi me funciona perfecto
