I have a condo I rent out on AirBnB/VRBO and I use it myself sometimes. I have a work area for myself and guests who might bring their laptop to work on the road. I wanted a task chair, but my fear that if I bought a chair with wheels, kids would use the chair as a go cart and cause damage in the unit. I found these and bought a task chair at Walmart. Worked perfectly! The connectors on these were an exact match to the connectors on the wheels that came with the chair. I just plugged these in and saved the wheels for my office chairs at home in case those ever needed replacing. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an office or task chair without wheels. They do glide nicely on the hard floor so it is still easy to position the chair where you want it.

I recently bought a swivel chair with casters to use at my dining table because I needed the height adjustment. I didn't want the chair to scream "office chair" so I chose one that is styled more like an occasional chair, but it only came with casters which I didn't want because that does scream "office chair". Also, I have mobility and balance problems and wanted a chair that wouldn't roll away from me. Most of the reviews for my chair and chairs in the same price range recommended getting better casters than the ones that came with it. While browsing among casters, I found these and I immediately ordered them. They fit perfectly, look so much better than wheels, and I can easily get in and out of the chair. They also glide across my low level carpet without my having to use much force, so that's even better. I am very happy to recommend these fittings. They are well made, sturdy, and have upgraded the look of my chair.

I am just beginning doing pottery, and needed a height adjustable stationary chair because the traditional pottery stools absolutely kill my back. I was looking around for one of these, and the cheapest I found was $50. I already had an unused , armless, office chair, and when I saw these on Amazon, it seemed the perfect solution to my dilemma. I was a little nervous buying them without knowing if they would fit, but I needn’t have worried. They fit perfectly, and for $11.99, I now have the perfect potter’s chair! Great quality for the price, and very stable.

I bought this because: 1) I have a small shelf with ceramic items behind me with a fairly slippery wooden floor so I don't want the wheel in case I knock over the shelf trying to get out of the chair. =》So don't get this if you want to slide around. Even with my slippery floor, the chair is not easy to slide without some force, this is with me sitting on it. It slide okay without a person on it. 2) I HATE HAIR/FUR STUCKING TO THE WHEELS! I type of wheels came with my ergonomic chair are not openable so I have to use a plier to clean out the hair and beside the grossness, it's a tedious task to do every week (took me 3 hours for 5 wheels). =》Solved my problem and the height was exactly the same as when I have the wheels on! I'm considering to get more for another chair but I saw some reviews about it leaving dented or marks on their floor so I'll wait and see before going for 2nd purchase.

Mated these feet to 3M 3.5" diameter slides (used adhesive tape). Leaves very shallow impression on the carpet (calculated same load as a 180lb man's size 11 shoes).

Bought this set as my 3rd replacement of the original 2" wheels on my new "task" chair, used on hard porcelain tile in my remodelled kitchen. The orig 2" wheels on the cute task chair stated "for carpet use." (Yes, they were right as the hard plastic wheels were VERY slippery, dangerous on the tile floor) 1. Bought 1st replacement on Amazon, "rubber wheels, for hardwood & tile" Thought the RUBBER wheels would be less SLIPPERY, but still TOO slippery. 2. Bought CHROME bell 🔔 feet for the chair, great match to the chrome base on the chair. Loved the look, less "office look" without the wheels and sleek chrome bells. Problem no longer was "slippery," but didn't realize how the sleek LOW PROFILE, 1" bells would also mean LOWER HEIGHT of my kitchen task chair at the kitchen counter, even at highest chair height. 3. Third time is the HEIGHT & NON-SLIPPERY charm! Simple to install. So easy to slide my task chair across the tiled floor to kitchen counter, but secure. No longer does it slide (or roll) away when trying to sit or stand. Perfect solution! Just wish these TALL, HIGH PROFILE BELL feet came in other colors, ie, chrome, white, silver, grey not just black, to blend in better with the chair base.

Almost exact height replacement of original wheels. Can still slide in/out of desk with minimal effort on vinyl floor - but does not move at all sitting (my goal).

Bought these to put on my father’s chair to keep it from sliding when he was getting up or sitting down. Great piece of mind for me to know he’s a bit safer. Great quality and easy to install. No complaints at all.

Very happy with these. I put circular felt pads on the bottom and my chair now glides safely and easily across my floor without any scratches and without randomly rolling when I don't want it to. Would recommend to people with hardwood, just make sure you put on felt pads, as otherwise the plastic surface might cause damage.

Was sceptical at first but it all went really well. Easy to click them in and bought seperate some floor pads to protect from scratches. They look professional and not embarrassing weird.
