Earth Balance Vegan Cheddar Flavor Squares, 6 oz.

My son has had severe feeding problems since he was a 2 months old. We found out that he had milk and soy intolerances but by the time we figured all this out he completely stopped eating. Long story short after months of working with specialists and in and out of hospitals my son now has a feeding tube and eats very little by mouth. I have tried so many kinds of food for him, but the selection of dairy/soy free foods is very limited. My sister, who is vegan, recommended earth balance to me. I was able to get the dairy/soy free butter at my local store but everything thing else I need to order online. I tried a couple of there products and the cheddar flavor squares are his favorite. I'm so grateful that my son has a snack that he enjoys and is similar to my other kids. I have tried them, they are pretty good. A lot better then I ever imagined they would be. It does have a weird smell but it still taste good!! These are one of the only foods my son will eat!

omg, why are these so good! been vegan for 3yrs now and could _never_ find these in any store. finally found them on amazon fresh, and i swear i wish i’d bought about 5 boxes. cheez-it’s were my absolute favorite as a child and i’ve longed for them ever since going vegan, but these are SO MUCH BETTER! they’re like an adult version, not overly salted or overbearingly cheesy, they’re light & crisp, i’m like in such shock and trying not to eat the whole box in one sitting. so happy i could cry lol.

I have a really hard time finding any kind of "cheese" flavored vegan products that are not coconut based. There really aren't a lot of options where I live, so I was super excited to find these. Even though these crackers cost about twice as much as a non-vegan cheese cracker, it was nice to try. When I ate the regular kind, it wasn't uncommon for me to eat a box in less than two days, and I think I ate the Earth Balance Cheddar Squares faster than that. I can't comment on how much they taste like real cheese, since I have been lactose intolerant longer than I've been vegan. I would guess it's about the same. I hope to get these in bulk if the cost is decent.

A few years back, when I first bought a box of these at a whole foods, they had more of a buttery flavor to them. They were lackluster and not cheddary tasting at all.Now, about 4 years later I decided to give these another try and I'm not disappointed. They have improved drastically.The only thing I would do is just add a tad bit more cheddar flavor, and making them a tad bit toastier. That's it.Everyone makes mistakes and some deserve a second chance. These went from butter to cheddar. Finally. Good job!I'd purchase these again unless I find a better alternative. Although, as far as I'm concerned: you're the only one in the vegan game with this style of cheese cracker.So keep on doing your thing Earth Balance. Keep improving and strive for the very best, buddy.

These are great crackers. The price is a little high because you only get 6 ounces and it's super easy to eatbthe entire box! The crackers are more flavorful than some of the other cheese cracker brands, plus there's no dairy or palm oil in the crackers, which makes them taste even better because they're not cruel to animals.

I’ve never really been that fond of cheez-its - too salty. Tried these My daughter found these to make a Vegan Party MIx 2 years ago and I have enjoyed these for snacking ever since. I’m not vegan, but these are so much better tasting. HOWEVER, This looses stars for the shipping. This arrived via US Mail and was in a padded envelope STUFFED in the mailbox with another package and my mail. The box was crushed and so were the crackers! TOO expensive for a box of broken crackers!!!

The reviews for this product were a bit mixed, but I decided to give it a shot anyway since I’ve cut out dairy while nursing. Upon opening the box they smell like any other cheddar cracker I’ve had which is great. I’m not sure how they were able to get the cheddar taste spot on too, but they did! They taste so similar to Cheese Nips it’s insane! Would definitely buy again!

I got these for my kid who is allergic to (cow) milk and was pleasantly surprised with how similar these are to Cheeze-Its and Cheese Nips that I've loved since I was a kid. I guess that goes to show how little the flavor of those is because of real cheese, but these Earth Balance crackers are great. We have used Earth Balance vegan buttery sticks for cooking and spreading on bread for years so we are thrilled that they are branching out to other types of food and snacks!

OMG i can't believe i got these in the UK this cheap.... such a happy vegan right now
