I enjoy this product and so does my girlfriend. When I first gave it to my her, she had no clue it was one of my supplements bcz of how awesome it tastes. Now, I can’t get her to stop drinking it lol. Has an amazing taste that doesn’t even taste like any sort of supplement. Tastes like strawberry lemonade 🍋. I drink this first thing in the morning and I do feel the difference in how it energizes me and I think a bit clearer as well. This is shocking bcz I do suffer from brain fog so this is an amazing plus..especially to ditch coffee and just go wihh to this water based drink. Nice for the summer especially, as it’s a light beverage but I drink this all year around. I add a splash of lemon and it taste a little tropical (especially when ice cold). Very versatile product that is easy and effortless to consume bcz it’s tasty and doesn’t have the “healthy/nasty” taste associated with it. The grape c4 pre workout powder is a flavor that I won’t lie, I was a bit hesitant to taste, who actually loves grape flavor? I know I never have but, safe to say C4 managed to give grape a comeback because this really wasn’t the worst flavor I’ve ever had. Whether you’re mixing it with water or dry scooping the flavor is fine. The pre workout itself delivers that kick to get you up and going! Just a little (very little) itch for that extra motivation that not only gets you up and going but KEEPS you up and going throughout your whole work out, as long as I was locked in and focused I was fine, after the workout was done honestly, so was the pre, which is fine with me because I really only need it to get through the workout itself. I was originally iffy because I saw people say they had a caffeine crash after taking but I honestly wouldn’t want to still feel that intesty after the workouts over 🤷🏽‍♀️ but that’s just my personal take. I didn’t have an intense crash it just wore off after it served its purpose. No jitters at all, I always appreciate no crazy jitters because it’s just plain old not normal or necessary. I appreciate that this is one of the pre workouts that doesn’t make you deal with any of that. It’s a great beginner friendly pre workout for those days you just need an extra kick of motivation to get you through a nice gym sesh.

It tastes good and I get energy from drinking this and causes no itching for me.
