Hay it works! Never took it before, but wanted a natural alternative. Took one pill at bedtime, and it started working in about 4 hours. No diarrhea, no running, no after effects that I was aware of. Only works for about 24 hours though. Surprised, looked into it a little more, and supposedly it is a product that the body gets used to. So if you take it long term, you will find you need more and more of it to get the same effect. And from some reviews it looks that that maybe the case. So maybe have a backup plan in case it doesn’t work. Otherwise, all good. Will say prefer it over the regular ones. 👍

Holy freaking bellyache. I mean, I have a high tolerance for pain. This tiny little pill (took at bedtime) had me doubled over in pain so bad the next morning I couldn’t move. I think they were effective, I had to stop taking though. I couldn’t believe natural ingredients could do that lol
