Microsoft Surface 4 Laptop delivered in grey cartoon box not in white branded MS box and it had no seal.It also wasn’t in a shipping box, so the box it’s arrived in was a shipping and laptop box.It had clear tape at the edges and when you remove it and open the (shipping) box there was the laptop in some white wrap fabric paper that didn’t feel new.The laptop has Windows 10 and not 11, but it offered to upgrade to 11 during set up.Battery lasted from full charge 6-7 hours.It’s likely a refurbished or used product as my old Surface Laptop 3 holds battery 8 hours after 3 years of constant use.Returned the Laptop straight away!
