Delicious!
Finding anything that is black current flavored in the US is like finding a needle in a haystack, so imagine my delight in finding this wonderful preserve. If you haven't tried black currents, I think you'll enjoy the juicy bite and raspberry- ish flavor with a twist. Worth the price.

Delicious
This is a delicious jar of preserves that has real chunks of fruit. I like to give food gifts that I feel are high quality but won't break the bank. While this is more expensive that typical grocery store preserves, it's definitely worth the cost. My next food basket gift will contain this and others from this line of products. Yummy!

EXCELLENT!
You can't find this in stores. Very excellent, healthy, and tasty preserves. Black current is like nothing else. I buy this by the case, and will buy it again.

Great flavor
Nice chunks of currants in it and a delicious tartness to it.

Unfortunately Too Sweet!
This preserve tastes very good. Real taste of blackcurrant but unfortunately it is very sweet. The sugar is overpowering the taste of the fruit. I grow up in Europe and blackcurrant preserve is my childhood’s favourite. We had in abundance and I have to say, it’s not necessary to put so much sugar at all.

I agree it's tasty
A family member recommended this preserve. She eats it for the herbal benefits of black currant but raved about the taste and price comparative so I decided to try this preserve and I agree it is quite tasty. I think the price isn't too bad and I am looking forward to seeing if there are any nutritional benefits to black currant.

Great taste and kid approved.
I bought this to put in a dish. I heated it up on low and very slow on the stove and poured it over waffles and pancakes and the grandkids loved the taste. No added sugar etc either. I may try it in fried pies too .. ok price but....if it was cheaper, I would buy more and store them. Expiration date is way ahead in time too.
