I can’t say enough great things about this product. Every flavor I’ve tried has been delicious. The powder mixes great in water so no clumps or granular substances swishing around your mouth when you drink. I bought this because it was cheaper than liquid IV. I suggest using a 16 oz water to one packet. Tastes ok. You do feel hydrated.

I’m very sensitive to preservatives, chemicals and artificial sweeteners. It’s not a preference, I taste them more than most other people. This is finally an electrolyte that tastes great with no artificial or chemical taste. Dissolves easily in water, and doesn’t leave a soapy or chalky feeling in the mouth. I bought the variety pack to try them out before committing and I’ve already bought a few packs of the flavors I’ve tried. The watermelon salt, raspberry and mango chili are actually delicious. I didn’t love the grapefruit but the flavor is still better than other brands of electrolytes I’ve tried. It just isn’t as good as the other ones. I’ve mixed one pack into 24 ounces of water every morning this week and I feel the difference. I’m more alert. I have more energy. My hydration is balanced.

One thing I didn’t realize at first is that these packets are meant to be mixed with about 8 oz of water. I usually mix electrolyte packets into 16 oz of water, so that was a bit of an adjustment. While they’re fine flavor-wise, I just don’t feel as hydrated using these compared to Liquid I.V. Even when using them as directed, the hydration effect didn’t feel as noticeable for me. Because of that, the cost savings don’t really feel worth it in my case. These might work well for some people, especially if you prefer smaller servings or lighter hydration, but based on my experience I probably won’t repurchase and will stick with what I was using before.

These are my go to hydration drinks. They’re cheaper than other brands but have all the same if not more goodness and better tastes. I dilute it more than 8oz and still it tastes great.
