I have been taking this for 9 days. I have Type 2 diabetes and a weight issue. I checked with my physician before taking these. I take one pill per day. The only other thing I changed at the same time was intermittent fasting. I have not changed what I am eating, but just when, fasting from 14-16 hours out of 24. My blood sugars are down about 25% across the board and I have lost 4 pounds. I also have more energy, although never jittery or caffeinated. I also find that I am able to focus. I have been getting so much more done. I know everyone will have a different experience, but this is mine.

By opening the capsule and tasting the powder I didn't think this product was pure NMN.It has a slight taste, but nothing like the product I now use.

I began taking NMN (different brand) a few months ago when a nurse friend told me about it (I'm also an RN). I was complaining about my daily, and constant, sore muscles (my lactic acid levels were a tiny bit high, only 1 point over which is expected after exercising, so technically my lactic acid is normal). I'm 40, began exercising very regularly 7/2021 (after i became a COVID long hauler), but never could shake the sore muscles. Tried epsom salt, biofrze, hot tub, Ibuprophen 800mg, with no relief (biofrze patches work great for shin splints). I was miserable. The first day I started NMN, THE PAIN WAS COMPLETELY GONE! I felt 10 years younger (no joke). I decided to go with this product because I only have to take 2 pills a day compared to 4. Terrible, soreness is back and I'm once again miserable.
