Better than OEM Igloo
UPDATE : I wanted to give it a month of use to really see how well it works. Honestly, it's better than the one that comes with your igloo cooler. It hasn't gotten hot like the oem one, no melting or lose fitting in the power socket. This is a win. Orignal review : I've been sick and tired of paying top dollar every 3-6 months to replace my igloo thermoelectric coolers plug. If it doesn't fall apart in the socket, they melt and stop working. So I gave this a try just go see how a cheaper one hold up. So far, so good. Honestly it feels better made than the original cord. Time wil tell. My only complaint is there is no little red light on it that lights up when it gets power like the oem one.

Worked perfectly with my Igloo Kool ice chest
My old electrical cable for my Igloo Kool ice chest finally failed. I tried different ones on Amazon and this is the best replacement. Cooler now works fine and comes in handy on trips. Recommended.

Worked with my Koolmate 10 yr old unit very well. Would be nice to mark the plug housing like many have said in their reviews to ensure you have the plug oriented with the marking beside the receptacle in the Koolmate, but this is a very minor problem. You have a 50/50 chance, and you can put your hand inside your cooler and feel what air temperature is coming out the blower at the bottom (if you have a hot/cold version). I added my own marking to the plug, so it's good to go.

Works great. The only thing that could be improved on is that my cooler also heats so the original power cord had a red and blue mark indicating how to plug the cord into the unit. Once I made sure it was cooling I put some blue paint on the correct side. My cooler has a small bump by the plug in area to indicate the direction of the plug.

We have an Igloo Iceless cooler and lost the plug in for the car. This replacement cord fits and works perfectly. Very happy to have a functioning cooler again at such a reasonable cost. And it was delivered very quickly too. Thanks!
