I originally ordered the jet black color ponytail but should’ve gone with my gut to get the soft black(1b). As soon as I received my package I got a message from the seller Jane asking how was the hair and to let her know if there were any problems. I let her know that the hair was too dark and I needed to order the lighter color asap for my sisters wedding in a few days. Jane was very responsive and offered to refund me for the ponytail that was too dark and to keep it for anyone else that may need it. My new order came quickly all the way in another state and it was a perfect match. My stylist was able to install it and curl it beautifully. I really appreciated how Jane followed up with me to see that I was happy with my purchase and that I received my refund. Great customer service and product!

I would have to give this a double "5" Star. Exceeded my expectation! I purchased a lighter color and I had a hair dresser to dye it to match my hair color - Excellent result. You can comb, style, curl the hair any way you wish. You want to treat the hair as you would your own: meaning, when washing it, apply conditioner and leave-in conditioner to maintain the beautiful quality. Very natural looking, Definitely great choice for trips, busy schedules having you look great in no time. great price, excellent quality. Need to mention, I had few questions for the seller: excellent, professional customer service: prompt, positive, knowledgeable, supportive.

The first one I had gotten from the seller the hair was to dark so I let her know, so she sends me the right color and it matches perfectly and I didn't have to send the original one back. The quality is fantastic and it is pretty easy to put on. At first I ordered a color that was a bit too light and they sent me a replacement in a darker color right away. (And told me to keep the first one for free) The ponytail isn’t quite as full as I would like, but it is still really nice. Customer service is absolutely fantastic!!! She reached out a few times to see how I liked it and to make sure I was 100% satisfied.

Just what I needed. It's easy to use and it looks great. About 3 months ago I found out that I have a B12 deficiencies and it was so low that my hair fell out and now I have to get weekly B12 injection. For a while I was wearing a wig but now I can make a tiny ponytail when I say tiny I mean (half the length of my pinky) with the help of this human hair extensions ponytail.
