Superficie più liscia di altri tipi di legno usati per i cucchiai (abete o altro).Da l'impressione di assorbire anche meno i liquidi.Nei consigli d'uso c'è scritto di lavare ed asciugare subito. Ma a me capita spesso di lasciarli in ammollo per diverse ore dopo l'uso e non ho riscontrato alcun problema.Ottimo prodotto.Non è più caro degli altri tipi di legno. E considerando che il bambù cresce più velocemente di altri alberi da legname ha un impatto minore dal punto di vista ecologico.
