Is there a size chart?

It is for my son..he weighs about 150 and is 5’8”. The support is Velcro and pretty long to make it adjustable.

There’s Velcro inside the sleeve on either side. But it doesn’t attached to anything. What is it therefore

I bought over a year ago and don’t remember it having that inside. I remember the thumb hole and the straps to Go around your shoulder and I found mine very comfortable. I wish I could help more
