I’ve been using this product for a few months now, and figured it’s a good time to leave a review. I have POTS, so keeping up with my fluid and salt intake needs is always a challenge. Sodium tablets hurt my stomach. I’ve tried higher quality buffered capsules, but they get really expensive. I was using a different electrolyte mix for a while, but I was running into serious quality control issues, and it really had an unpleasant aftertaste. So, I started trying a few different brands. I’ve been super happy with both the flavor and sodium content of this brand. The salty palmer honestly tastes like I’m drinking an ice tea with lemon and a pinch of salt. It’s the only brand I’ve tried that is both palatable, and high enough in sodium. It also dissolves super quickly, so I don’t hit any gross bits that haven’t broken up. I’ll go through 6-8 bottles of it each day, and it helps me hit my hydration and sodium goals. It also helps that it’s at a price point I can manage, since we go through a lot of it. If they ever want to send me any coupons though, I wouldn’t say no 🥺

There are so many electrolytes out there but this one was recommended as a second place alternative from chat GTP and it was right!!! I wanted something other then the one I was using which was very nice but breaking my fast by giving me 50cals each time THIS one however doesn't give you any calories AND suppresses hunger making it the perfect choice with 60servings. I can have multiple servings a day and still maintain my fast long as I want. How I take it is I put one scoop in my keep cold water bottle with some ice and I add some SUGAR FREE strawberry or cherries and berry's flavour juice for extra flavouring, add water and away we go. The hydration is a: 10 Price could be better: 7 Taste is good aslong as you have some sugar free juice to go with it :7 It's an absolute YES from me!

These lemon and lime electrolytes are a personal favourite. Love the zesty taste of salty margarita, without being overly sweet. While priced higher than some alternatives, they do offer a significant sodium content.
