Just what I was looking for
Bought this for my PS2 instead of going from svid to scart converter. Picture quality is noticeably better. I really love this thing. Be sure to put your PS2 in RGB mode in the display settings or it will have all green tones.

Works great for ps1 with ff7 on pvm
Works perfect for ps1 on pvm monitor. Playing ff7 looks amazing.

Works but use caution
The connector that plugs into the PS1 seemed to be slightly too thick and took some force to insert and remove. I would use caution when connecting this, maybe it will fix itself over time, but it's about the only option you have currently. I would say all of them on Amazon are from the same manufacturer. Don't break your AV port being too rough with it.

A must for PS2 in HD
Using this cable with a "CiBest SCART + HDMI to HDMI Converter Adapter" and I am pleased with the results. Audio is crisp and clean, video has some artifacts but is clean enough that you only notice it at black loading screens. The connector to the PS2 is a little snug, the SCART side to the adapter is a little loose. No issues in hours of play, however.

Works well but iffy plugging it into original PlayStation
Bought one for my original PlayStation. The plug to the console fits very tight and it almost feels like you're going to break something plugging it in since it takes a considerable amount of force. It does work well other than that.

Dato che il vecchio cavo AV-Scart ha deciso di abbandonarmi dopo 20 anni di onorato servizio, ho optato per questo nuovo cavo, visto che ormai gli AV SCART per Playstation sono introvabili. Che dire, qualitativamente mi sembra più che buono, il connettore lato Playstation, provato su PS1, PS2 e PS3, è ben saldo a differenza del vecchio cavo. L'immagine risulta assolutamente pulita e stabile, sia in modalità PAL-50 che NTSC-60. Insomma la soluzione perfetta per chi è riuscito a preservare un buon tv CRT. Piccola nota per chi afferma che l'immagine sia verde. Su PS1 non c'è questo problema a prescindere. Su PS2 e PS3, invece, visto che state usando fondamentalmente un cavo RGB, dovete appunto impostare la console in modalità RGB, e non "Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr", altrimenti è ovvio che si veda tutto verde trattandosi di segnali diversi.
