This hat is great! My kid, who hates hats, gladly wears it! The mesh is very light weight and airy, but if treated roughly, like if a dog got at it, it would easily rip. The brim of the hat is sturdy and holds its shape well. It looks great, like a regular hat and not dorky function over fashion hat. I was going to give the hat 4 stars because the stitching is kind of sloppy but then one of my children splashed root-beer soda all over the front of the hat and let it dry. Brown spots everywhere on the light grey colored brim. I was sure the hat was stained but the dried root-beer soda completely washed off in 30 seconds with water and teeny bit of soap. The hat looked new. Very impressed!

I walk or play golf everyday in Very hot summer days so this is my second hat. The venting is comprised of perforated small holes in the soft and light material along with great quality. The cool part is running water over the hat and then squeezing it a few times before heading out in the summer heat to keep you cool enough without losing it shape or UV performance.

You know those coming towels that you can get wet, swing around, and it gets cold? This is a hat made out of that stuff. Works AWESOME for outdoor sports like golf. Surprisingly it still keeps it's shape even after winging out excess water. Looks really nice too. It is very lightweight and comfortable.

This is one of my favorite hats, it’s a perfect fit and so comfortable.

I waited a few months before I submitted this review. This is a must have ( a long with a full brimmed sun hat ) for anyone that works outdoors. It definitely does what it says ( wet it for Xtra cooling ). It cleans up with some soap and water and maintains it's shape! I will be a repeat buyer

"One size fits most" in this case means for people with smaller heads. I wear a 7 3/8 to 7 1/2 hat normally and this hat is not suited to my noggin. It was too tight and just looked weird when I tried it on - like a skull cap with a bill. Fortunately my wife was looking for something similar so I was able to avoid a return. I'll keep looking for a brand that fits larger heads without looking odd.

Bought this cause I sweat a lot. This shows sweat stains real quickly, but they rinse out pretty easy with water. So no problem if you have access to water, but if not expect to show brown sweat stains right away. Otherwise, it’s a nice. Well fitted hat
