Cute monster truck book!
What a cute little book! The sing-song wording, colorful graphics and story-line make this short children's book one that young ones will ask to read over and over again. I know my grandson will love it, and I love that he'll be learning about the value of kindness over teasing!

A few loving words from someone whom he trusts and loves help set his thoughts straight and restore his pride.A great lesson for the kids told in a simple and fun way. Bright, colorful illustrations and some fun rhymes help children learn this important lesson in a fun and entertaining way!

Strong values, good story, well-illustrated
This is a great little book by Yvonne Jones. I love the bold colors and simple yet expressive graphics. The story rhymes and flows nicely. What I like most about the book is the strong message to kids about the value of friendship, respect, and kindness. I highly recommend this book for reading to all those little ones who like cars and trucks!!

My daughter loves it!
This is a fun book with a nice lesson about bullying and values. The colourful illustrations and cute rhymes keep my daughter entertained. There are also fun action "shots" of Lil Foot doing cool activities. And I love reading books that rhyme, so that makes it fun too!

Rev'd Up For Success
This is the first time I have read Yvonne Jones' work. What a delightful surprise. Her book, Lil Foot the Monster Truck, has great illustrations, weaves a great story, and is a souped up "vehicle" for parents and grandparents to share with their young loved ones. It's a story that can be read many times. New meaning will appear. This book should be on every bookshelf and in every library. Read a great story, enjoy the graphics, remind yourself that deep down, you need the hopeful message of this story just as much as kids do.

LIL FOOT written with BIG heart, vividly illustrated!
An engaging and charming story written with smart rhymes and colorful illustrations that are sure to please Lil Ones and Big Ones too!The message of kindness, no bullying, is a strong one that is much needed. The writing well crafted. Short words punctuated with an occasional longer one have a nice cadence and are sure to resonate, especially when read aloud with a child.A perfect gift. I loved it!

Lil' Foot Makes a Big Impression!
Like all of her books, Yvonne Jones has once again produced a children's book that iscolorfully illustrated and splendidly written with Dr. Seuss like rhythm.Reading this book with my nephew has created some special momentsI will never forget. It's fun being a four year old again with four year olds!

Help your Child learn what matters most! 5 STAR!
My 3 year old son loved it....and so did I. The story was interesting and the pictures were memorable. The ending was perfect..."what matters most are the values inside." I highly recommend this book to all parents of little people to reassure their young ones that words can hurt so don't be a bully.

Your Son Will Love This Book! Fun to Read!
Such a fun read for young children! Very enjoyable. If you want your son to grow up right - get this book!As a professional Children's Birthday Party Entertainer I'm always looking out for fun, engaging stories for my target age groups of 3 to 7 year olds. Whilst I don't think this is suitable for ages 6 & 7... it is PERFECT for anyone under the age of 5.Lil Foot is a delight to read - it is easy for your little guy to remember and repeat out loud as you read to him. I do like the strong moral message of developing internal fortitude. It is great to see an author come along who is committed to instilling positive morals like this in young boys.The illustrations are a delight. I must admit, this is the second Yvonne Jones book I've got my hands on. I enjoy and strongly endorse her work! Check out Jones' other books, especially 'The Little Mower That Could'. Fall in love with a little truck!
When the kids love it, you know you have your hands on a winner!! Nice written and ulltrated, and keeps the kids engaged! Win-win!

Great book good pictures!
A story that helps the children think better. To learn that just because they get teased about themselves doesn't mean that they are not really worthwhile. The story ends on a positive note and the art work is superb. Great book to encourage your youngsters.

A Lil Book with a Big Lesson
A perfect book for young boys! It presents wonderful role models! As parents, helping our kids learn very early that their identity is within themselves, is crucial. I definitely recommend.
