Quality product
Works well. Takes a complete tube to do one vent. Apply up the side of the vent a little so you don’t trap water around the vent flashing.

Would recommend
Works very well for patio and driveway cracks. I covered gaps up to about 3/4 inch (filled with backer rod first) and this works great. It's held up well through one Colorado summer and winter. I would recommend this product.

Great sealant, but problems with shipping
It's great I can buy Dicor sealant on Amazon, because they don't have it available at any local stores. I use this sealant for the roof of my travel trailer. It seals everything very well, but remains flexible, and also relatively easy to scrape-off and reapply. This sealant is "self-leveling" but it's not self-spreading. While a blob of it will settle down and flatten slightly, it will not spread out or cover anything by itself. That means you need to use a bit more of it than you'd expect. I used a whole tube for sealing solar panel brackets. I used about half a tube to seal a new Maxxair vent fan. I keep a spare tube on hand for field repairs. Keeping a partially-used tube is tricky, as it can dry out, and become useless. I found that covering it in glad wrap did NOT stop it from drying out. Lesson learned. To store it, use a screw or lag bolt that is fat enough to properly seal the spout. Problems with quality: The tube is made of cardboard, and is not as durable as the plastic tube you get with most caulking these days. With the cardboard tube, you can easily blow the seal. If you have some dried sealant in the spout, and you use too much pressure to get it flowing, it can blow past the seal, and ruin the entire tube. Done that. Also, upon delivery i found that the spout was bent to one side, and sealant came oozing out everywhere. Tube was ruined. This is because the tube was rattling around in a too-big cardboard box. Amazon was awesome as usual, and refunded me. I provided them with feedback that more careful packaging is required for this item. Overall, I highly recommend Dicor sealant. I get the white self-leveling sealant for the roof, and the non-sag sealant (tan color) for the exterior sidewalls.

Solid sealant for multi use
A great way to seal multiple issues on vehicles, vans, RVs, and homes. And wear gloves and don’t cut the opening too large and take your time while applying it.

Works very well
I used this to seal my replacement TV and Cellular antennas to my RV roof, and it works perfectly! Don't be stingy when you lay your bead down. Make sure it's thick and wide before you press your project into it. Then cover the top of the mounting flange with this stuff before packing up your looks. We just had biblical level rains here and my ceilings are dry.

Dicor self-leveling caulk is fantastic and very easy to use. I own a 40’ diesel pusher, and it cost me around $200 to redo all the caulking. I probably could have done it for less, but I didn’t want to be stingy with the amount I used. I’m glad I didn’t — now I have peace of mind knowing my roof is sealed up and protected for years to come. The self-leveling feature makes the finish look smooth and professional, even if you’re not an expert. If you’ve been neglecting your RV roof, this product is an absolute must. Well worth the investment! A tip for newbies, cut the tip on an angle but close to the tube (the thick part). You will be laying the caulk on thick and don’t need a fine line as you would with a normal caulking job.

This self levelling lap sealant is amazing! I used it to attach my Maxxair fan onto my EPDM roof on my tiny home and I have no fear of leakage. It has lasted through snow/rain/ ice storms, extreme heat/ cold temperatures. I am very impressed. Installation is super easy, just watch a quick YouTube and you'll be good to go! Highly recommend.
