Was spectacle at first due the the reasonable price, but very pleased with the quality and the positive effect it has had on my back and posture. Am a senior and have been told by family members I was starting to hunch over and shoulder pointed forward. Last thing I wanted to be was the little old man hunched over the rest of my life. Ben wearing for 4 days know and the lower small of my back feels better already. Recommended to coworker he purchased one and was also happily surprised how well the brace works. I just got my brace yesterday and wore it for about half an hour, so that's where I'm coming from with this review.My family have noticed my poor posture lately and have been commenting on it, so I've ordered a new chair for my home office, a lumbar support cushion for my chair at work, and this thing for when I'm not at either.I've got a large torso and wide shoulders, so I wasn't sure how long the straps should be; eventually I decided to put them on with only slightly lengthened straps from the default. They're elastic, and fairly strongly so, and they held my shoulders back in the proper posture without trouble. My family noticed immediately that I was standing straighter, so clearly they're doing the job, and there wasn't any noticeable discomfort from the relatively tight straps.

I wore it for a couple of days, each day around an hour. The amazing thing is it let me know where my arms should be. I think the mussel would be trained if I continue to wear it.

I brought this item to help correct rounded shoulders and at the recommendation of my friend.I really like the product. I found it did help with my posture especially when walking. I think it makes a huge difference and I know how important having the correct posture can be. Brilliant product
