High Quality!
The Paul Mitchell products are a great brand! I am currently using both the hydrating shampoo and the detangler with great results. These are replacements for my former Matrix brands that I have used for years but they have become way too costly. I am so glad I gave Paul Mitchell a try - I was not disappointed!

Still a great product but trapped in ugly packaging.
I have been using this product for almost 20 years. Even with the updated ingredients it still works perfectly on my super long super fine super silky hair. The only thing I don't like is the new color of the bottles. The ugly beige does not go with what is in the bottle. If I were a new customer I would probably go for the product in the more exciting packaging than this boring soulless nonsense.
