Had the cable for some 3 months (didn't use extensively) when the lightning connector simply came off when pulling it out of an ipad.I've had a few Anker cables so far and usually they have been really good and sturdy with a tough feel to them so I was surprised to see that happening.Asked for a warranty repair/replacement which was granted so no complaints there (Amazon).Anker offered to send me a replacement cable for free so that is really amazing customer service! Seriously impressed!

I originally bought two to try. All my items that need charging have been totally compatible with this cable. It is a solid thick cable but not in a bad way, it is very flexible. Also my home products charge really quick using an original plug I had at home. So I have now bought two more cables for my husband. They are also a great length if your socket is not near where you sit or you put your item to charge. Delivery was very quick. I do think Anker are a good brand, I have other items from anker that have all been great. Thank you

I got this cable to replace the terrible cable that comes with Apple products and while I was initially impressed with the sturdy build, it has sadly broken after 3 months of use. The main weak point is the neck of the connector which is not reinforced and therefore breaks easily.

I was surprised to see the quality of the cable. It really feels sturdy and strong in your hand. Those are my initial thoughts. I would update this sections if I come across any problems if it accurs within 6 months or so. I need to be fair, cables are only good for 6 to 8 months and anything beyond totally depends on the user

Broke within a few days. They offer lifetime guarantee because you would definitely need it. Not worth the hassle of having to replace your charging cable all the time.

Really nice feeling and good finish cable but it stopped working after using it for about 2-3 weeks and contacted Anker and they sent me a replacement really really fast. Really good procust and amazing customer service.Have been using this for over a year and no complaints works perfectly and amazing quality.But today it stopped working as i left it unused for about 2 weeks and now it wont work.But overall brilliant cable

The product is really good. The build and quality are perfect.And better yet, Anker support is amazing. After about 12 months of use, the cable tore and stopped working. I contacted Anker support and they sent me a new cable in 3 days. I’m always going to buy everything Anker from now on!

1ヶ月ほど使っていますが、徐々に充電が開始されなくなってきました。端子が炭っぽく黒くなり、金部分が削れているようにも見えます。ケーブル自体は太く耐久性が高そうですが、肝心のLightning端子に耐久性が弱いかもしれません[2019/01/04追記]交換対応をしてもらいましたカスタマーサポートの対応は非常に迅速な対応をしていただきました。機能してくれれば問題ないのですが、交換品は箱が傷んでおり一度開封された物でした。この点は在庫管理・配送に関しては外部委託のアマゾンに依存しているためメーカーや商品の評価とは別になりますが気になりました。

コネクター接続部分のパーツが薄いのか、iPhoneに差し込むとポポンポポン！と鳴り、満足に充電ができない。触ってみたところ、純正のライトニングゲーブルでは起こらないぐらつきが発生しているため、すぐに返品しました。本製品は2本目ですが、1本目も接触があまり良くはありませんでした。(たまたまかな、と思い今回2度目の購入をしました)純正品のライトニングゲーブルは短く不便なので購入しましたが、やはりApple製品は純正品がいいな、と感じました。追記 他のiPhone2端末にも接続してみましたが、結果は同じでぐらついて満足に充電できず。やはり端末側の問題ではないようです。

本当に、本当に申し訳ない事をしてしまいましたのでここで謝らせて頂きます。私はAnkerさんの商品が大好きですごく信頼もしています。スピーカーやモバイルバッテリーBluetoothイヤホンのZolo Liberty＋も愛用しております。どれもとてもいい商品です。本題なのですが、充電ケーブルというものはとても壊れやすいもので純正のものでもすぐ断線してしまい困っていました。そこでAnkerさんのものなら！！とこちらの商品を購入致しました。ところが数日経つと充電出来なくなってしまい信頼していたメーカーだったのでとても残念で悲しい気持ちになりました。その後壊れてしまったとAnkerさんにメールをしたところ直ぐに新しい商品を送って下さり、壊れてしまった商品はそのまま捨ててもらって構いませんと言われました。そしてその新しい商品を使ってみたところ充電が出来ませんでした…。そこでようやくあれ？と気づいたのですが、まさか、まさか本体が壊れているとは思いもしませんでした。いつもケーブルがすぐ断線して壊れていたので今回も絶対ケーブルのせいだと決めつけてしまいました。iPhoneの修理屋さんに持っていったところ充電口が壊れていたそうです。完全に私の勘違いでした。本当に申し訳ございませんでした。その壊れてしまったと言っていた充電ケーブルは今も尚ちゃんと使えています(新品はまだしまってあります)。とても頑丈で素晴らしい商品です。対応も素晴らしいです。安心して使用出来る商品なので是非迷っている方には購入して頂きたいです。長々と失礼致しました。

Bought this cable 18 months ago, and it is working great even to this day! The length on this cable can seem a little excessive but once you have it, you'll miss it every time you don't! It works amazing when charging your phone in bed at night as you're not having sit near the plug (we've all been there). Use it at work, at home, and travelling with a power bank, so it's safe to say that I've used it a lot.Edit:I also however take care over the things I buy and was surprised that a cable this well made started to fray. Come Jan 2019, the cable has started to fray at one end (see photos). It's the protective casing that has frayed, but this made the cable temperamental in the way we're all familiar with. I emailed anker direct (as this cable comes with a lifetime guarantee) and they were great. Very supportive and only willing to help you get a new cable as quickly as possible. 3 days later a brand new cable came through the door! Their customer service is at the same level as Amazon's. Yes, their cable's are a little more expensive but it's well worth the money many times over. They're also on Deal of the Day fairly regularly, so keep an eye out if you need one. On the whole do not have any worry on buying this cable, the only thing you should worry about is how many you buy! Thanks Anker!

Auf den ersten Blick gut verarbeitetes Produkt, das ich im März 2017 kaufte. Mein 90 cm langes Kabel, das eigentlich immer fest mit einem USB-Anschluss am iMac verbunden ist, hat leider nach neun Monaten seinen Geist aufgegeben. Das Kabel musste täglich mein iPad aufladen. Leider hat es einen Wackler und ist direkt am Ansatz eingerissen, wodurch sich das Gerät nicht mehr regelmäßig aufladen kann. Das 2. Kabel für das iPhone hingegen funktioniert einwandfrei, und es wird genauso häufig benutzt. Schade!EDIT: Nach meiner Rezension am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag nachts um 0:30 Uhr hatte ich morgens um 07:30 Uhr am 2. Weihnachtsfeiertag eine Rückmeldung von Anker mit der Zusage mir umgehend Ersatz zukommen zu lassen! Noch nie habe ich einen solch guten Service erlebt! Vielen herzlichen Dank!
