If you've had your gallbladder removed and you are having difficulty finding foods to eat. Then I believe this can help you! I had emergency surgery and there was no saving my gallbladder. I had such a terrible time figuring out what to eat. It was frustrating and tiring. I was never satisfied, I got to the point where I hated hunger pains because I had to put food in my body. There wasn't anything fun with that chore!! I was given fiber to "regulate" me. It just aided in one extreme to another. I tried so many things and read so much information about gallbladder removal, nutrition, downloaded apps, and tried to monitor my fat and fiber intake. It was getting exhausting! I finally started reading up on supplements. Thank goodness my brain cells kicked in!! I found this to be what I read I needed in a supplement. So, I decided to try it. Wow! What a game changer!!
