Raid Essentials Fly, Gnat, and Mosquito Killer Aerosol Spray, Safe for Use Around Children and Pets, 10 oz

It really does kill Gnats. I didn't realize how many I had ! It does leave oily residue. That is a down side. But I'm using around house and porches. Nothing has worked better!

I’m having major fly issues in my house lately. I made sure to buy a pet safe spray. I’m still very careful where I spray this. Works fairly well but these flies are pesky. I recommend this product.

It arrived on time and it smells better than raid flying insect however, it leaves a greasy residue on everything and when I get it on my skin, it makes me feel really weird. At least the raid flying insect never did that to me, but I never got it on my skin cause it didn’t stick to surfaces like this does. I’m going back to raid flying insect. It doesn’t stick around forever.

It's labeled as an "aerosol spray"... And though the sprayer itself (as in, the mechanism for getting it out of the can) is technically aerosol, THIS SPRAY IS NOT MEANT FOR THE AIR. Apparently, it's meant for treating SURFACES... I guess to kill bugs that land on them? If you read the fine print on the back of the can (after you order and receive it), it will tell you all this. It will tell you specifically not to spray this stuff in the air. Because, if you do -- if you use it the way all other mosquito sprays are used, by misting it into the air so the mosquitos breath it and die while they're flying around -- it will GREASE YOUR ENTIRE HOME. This stuff is oil. It doesn't mist into the air at all. Instead, it settles in greasy pools all over your floors, the surfaces in your home, and all of your stuff. It greased my girlfriend's laptop. I found my dog licking it off of her paws. The floors had to be mopped several times, and were still slippery for a day afterward. No. Just no. Why anyone would want this is beyond me. To purposefully grease their kitchen counters with bug poison, I guess? Don't do what I did -- don't buy this. And if you do, read the can and do what it says. And then go out and get regular mosquito spray to actually kill the mosquitos with.

Ok, I never write reviews, but this one needs one! I was at war with these darn fruit flies I felt personally attacked and victimized by them because they came out of nowhere !! There was no fruit or anything anywhere! I am OCD with cleaning so they were about to win and get the house! I even called an exterminator and they just said it has to run its course there’s nothing really for them just spray and kill eggs yeah no! This is SPARTA!!! lol live footage of me in the house with them throwing everything Then I searched Amazon oh Amazon how we love you! And found this spray! And now I’m here like bring it on !!!! Because no other spray worked! I sprayed them with regular raid fly spray and I swear they got angrier and morphed together to form hands to slap me 😂 but this SPRAY!!! Oh the demise it’s glorious muahaha

Product made a mess on my tiles of the whole house because it falls on the floor as an oil been splashed on the ground. It took me a while to get rid of the mess it caused

I purchased this three years ago been working great every time I have fruit flies,I have now used it all and purchasing it again, it does leave the walls or anything oily but I live it on till next day so it catches any other flies with the oily wall then clean up.

Great product has no order that makes you cough 😷 its oil based so can get slippery, do not spray on your window screens
