Quality
These are good for the price for a person with a milling machine in his garage. Had to be careful of feed speed with the smaller ones even in aluminum.

Not Bad for A Low Cost Set
These seems to be decent low cost endmills. The grinding is decent, There are a few dings in mine. This may be due to them having come out of their holes in the block during shipping and banging into each other. I am not comparing these to high quality end mills whose price each is more then this entire set. If, for occasional use, you don't need the best end mills give these a look.
