It was exactly as described, very minor scraps. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the purchase. This iPad was a birthday gift for my daughter, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. When it arrived, I anxiously unboxed it and inspected every inch, just to be sure. As mentioned, there were only a few minor scratches, hardly noticeable. I was relieved to find that it started up perfectly without any complications. There were no ID locks or any other issues that we needed to address. It was ready to be set up and personalized for my daughter's use right away. Seeing the excitement on her face as she unwrapped the gift was priceless. She couldn't wait to start exploring the features of her new IPad. With no hiccups during the setup process, it was smooth sailing from the beginning. I'm grateful that the description of the iPads condition was accurate and that it met our expectations. It's always a bit nerve-wracking to buy something online, especially when it comes to electronics. Tablet came quickly and was packaged well. I was happy to see a power cord also included. Tablet was clean and no dents or scratches. It is exactly what I needed for my business POS screen. The price was great.

Overall it is a nice iPad and serves it’s purpose. It doesn’t have any dents or cracks and looks brand new. Came in a white box with a off brand charger. Only downfall and current problem I have is it charges VERY slow and I’m not sure if that’s normal but it came with no charge. I put it on the charger at midnight and when I woke up around 3 it was only at 60%. To me that is very slow. Not sure if it was because of the charger or not but it serves its purpose. I bought it for my 3 year old whose iPad got cracked unexpectedly so we needed something at a spur of a moment and at a cheap price. We only use it to watch YouTube and play games

When we received this thing it was already programmed so I couldn't transfer my daughter's old one onto it, then within a few months it began turning itself off with 30% battery power left and when you turn it back on it was down to 5% somehow. And it is having the worst problem staying connected with any charger we can find. I am never buying a used one again.

Excellent apple handled the "handshaking" transfer from my old iPad air seamlessly this is a great price of firmware happy with my upgrade as my iPad was from the early era

I did not know this was 10 YEARS OLD - that was never stated in the description. It works well but the picture could be better and it has a SLOW response time. I should have spent more and got a more recent IPad.

I always wanted an iPad, but the price was always out of reach. By buying refurbished, I was able to finally buy a quality apple tablet. It was super easy to set up when paired with an iPhone. The screen was perfect, and only a couple minor scratches on the backside (which don’t matter when put in a protective case). I am Thrilled with this purchase!!!

Do not buy this iPad I brought it for my daughter we’ve only had it since May and it’s completely stopped working. And when we fist got it the battery life was awful from the start your better off buying straight from apple.

Our Father is very happy with his new iPad. His other 2 iPads were failing to perform due to age. Loves the lighter weight and fast speed and ease of use. Happy father, happy daughters.
