Silpat AE275200-01 Premium Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, 7-7/8" x 10-7/8", Tan

Have a liner by Eco Living which fits a huge tray and wanted smaller ones for other trays and they didn't make anything smaller. Did some research and found that Silpat is a long-established, well-respected maker whose products are flexible and sturdy. Simple to use, wash (just a hand wash with washing up liquid and then rinse), and store (flat or rolled up). Foodstuffs did not stick to my baking and roasting trays when using the liner and I found myself using little or no oil when using it. I can't comment on durability at this stage as I haven't had this for long. Having said that it does look to be very well made and is far more robust that some other makers out there. Like the fact that the edges are not at a right angle, that makes it easy to easy to move on and off trays. Be aware that the manufacturer provides details of maximum temperatures so do not go above those when using the mat.

Silpats are the best to bake with, great durability.

Some one once said, if you want something decent you have to pay that little extra, and this is no exception far better quality then the set of three I brought from other on line place - naming no names - and easier to keep clean to.

Great piece of kit, shame we have to buy it from the States when it’s made next door in France. Not good for the environment doing it that way. Sort it out

I have wanted a Silpat mat for so long and I've finally bought one. I don't regret it - it's perfect and my cakes and macarons (and other lovely bakes) have turned out wonderful whenever I've used this. Plus, I've cut down on the amount of baking paper that I've had to buy!

loads of reviews here b4 saying how good these are I agree my only gripe is the sizes all in old money & new tins in metric so trouble getting tins to fit
