I like big hats and bought this one for the brand reputation for UPF protection and the chin strap. But I returned it. There was no structure to this hat, and the brim kept falling down in front of my eyes. They needed to use a thicker ribbon fabric, and tighter seams. Sadly, I’m Returning.

Bought this to wear during chemo and it was comfortable enough even on my sensitive scalp. The chin strap is great for windy days and the bend/shape factor seems to be holding up.Worth the money in my opinion.

I have ordered three of these Coolibar hats...in black, beige, and white. They are fantastic hats! They have every feature I love in a good summer hat...large brim, necktie, a bendable rim, and best of all, great looking. I decided to order another black hat. When it came, it wasn't packaged like the other 3 hats I had ordered. Those hats were folded and enclosed in clear, sealed cellophane. This hat was not folded. It was inside a dingy plastic bag that had obviously not been sealed. When I inspected the hat, there was a long red hair and dandruff flake inside the cap of the hat!!! Nasty!!! I was so disappointed that a company would try to pawn off a returned hat on a customer who had paid full price for a new hat. I am returning the hat. However, the company has the gall to charge me for returning it!!!!! BEWARE! *** Further note: The company sent me a return label, telling me they would deduct $3.66 from my refund. As indicated on the return instructions, I packaged the hat in the original box and took it to the post office. The post office told me the return label wouldn't cover the cost of the return! So rather than being out more money and time, I kept the hat, sprayed it with Lysol, and will use it for my outdoor gardening. Amazon really needs to do something about companies pawning off their "used" merchandise on customers who paid full price for NEW items.

It's lightweight and cool. Love the sunprotection. It has a lanyardinside so it won't blow off your head and the brim is SUPER wideand 100% flexible / stays where you put it. What more could youask for?

I love this hat! It has a huge brim that's easy to reposition, it stays on my head securely and in the rare chance that a high wind comes along the drawstring is perfect for catching it! I love that you can even fold it up and use the cute bow detail as a snap. It's already become my go to summer sun hat. This is perfect if you're looking for a hat to help protect your shoulders and chest as well. It doesn't cover them 100% but it definitely helps

This hat's prim is shapable in a really cool way. It'll stay in whatever shape you curl it into— except flat. If you wanna curl the sides to give it structure, it'll do that. If you want it circular, not so much.On the down side, the crown of the hat is shapeless and looks like it was sat on or stuffed in a closet, even after a gentle steaming. Also, the bow being in the back {in relation to the chin strap} rather than the side feels weird, and the bow itself is kinda dowdyIt's really cool how shapable it is though. It's more useful than it is pretty

Hat brim was exceptionally large -- like a big sunhat, but this one was just too big.

Great coverage great protection and you don’t look like a dork. Great hat!! Do it!!
