Easy to inflate and easy to use.

A Great Adjunct to Physical Therapy
My wife purchased this pilates ball to help with therapeutic exercises. It is soft, nonlatex and therefore allergy free, and does not get dirty. It is easy to use and helps strengthen targeted muscles. It comes with a straw so you can inflate it easily as well.

Works Great for Physical Therapy
I use mine more for Physical Therapy than Pilates but it's great for stability exercises. The texture is a little weird/sticky but I think it will wear off eventually. Either way... it's a great size and fun color and reasonably priced.

Good quality, cheap price
Great quality for the price I paid! Comes with a straw to inflate. Does not seem to be leaking any air. Use it nearly every day for Pilates

The sizes run randomly, so beware
The 9” blue ball is great for rehab on my shoulder and working out in general and warm ups. As I’m in my mid 70’s, so I ordered another ball black 9” same company completely different in size I’m not able to hold it in one hand very disappointed. So be aware of this problem as I have seen other reviews stating this also

Der Ball hat genau die richtige Größe und Festigkeit – weich genug, um angenehm zu sein, aber stabil genug für Übungen für Bauch, Rücken, Beine und Gleichgewicht. Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen. Preis-Leistung wirklich top – klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihr Training abwechslungsreicher machen wollen!

A large size Pilates ball - which likes to be quite squishy. I like it very much and have three balls - each is different and is useful for different exercises. I recommend it!
