My AC died in 2019! in 2020 and 2021 I took my Jeep into a shop to be repaired, neither one could find the leak so I paid a couple hundred bucks to have my AC recharged. Summer of 2022 I bought this and bazinga - I have working AC again! So quick, easy and affordable!

It’s rare I leave a true 5 star review, but I feel obligated to do so. My 9 year old vehicle had slowly started to lose its AC coldness over the last couple years. I refuse to pay “mechanics” to up charge me for shotty work, so I do most everything myself if I can.This kit was just what I needed. Hooked up first can, and the meter showed my refrigerant was in the low area. Two full cans later and I was right in the middle of “safe.” I do have a spare can- so I’m presuming that’ll top the system off again in 4 years or so. It’s now been about 2 weeks, and my AC is still blowing very cold. I’m super happy with that.This is a great kit if you’re a DIY kind of person. I do strongly recommend wearing rubber type gloves while doing this. The hoses and connector get VERY cold.All in all, for the price, I’d you are fairly sure your AC system just needs recharged (and not actual service), then this is the kit for you.

Directions are very limited. Had to use google to figure it out. Pressure gauge did not work at all, so I was not able to see where it was at. Used all three cans and each one was different. First can seemed to go well, Second can would not leave the can to go into the hose, third can leaked out of the hose/gauge system. Did not work. Waste of money and time!

Cans r only 4oz......read ad.....buyer beware.......cans at local auto parts are 12oz in same basic size can.......12oz can is roughly the same price

Awesome gauge. The hose is longer than a normal AC Can hoses. Good Quality too. Way cheaper to try to top your car off than take it in for a shop. They probably charge $100 a can.

Can't really compare the freon all I know is that it works like other brands I have used in the past. Although it is quite annoying that you can only buy the kit with the hose included (obviously boosting up the price) and unfortunately the hose is absolute garbage and leaks through the connections when rotating the can and trying to fill the AC system. At least 1/3 of the can leaked out making it a terrible value for money when 1/3 of the product is wasted. I would have given the product 5 stars if it was a few dollars cheaper and didn't include the hose.
