I’m updating my review due to the amazing warranty and customer service provided with my Window Vac. I’d heard horrible things in general about Window Vacs but really wanted to try one.i tried several and they were horrible. This one was a gem, it even lets me squeegee flat surfaces from time to time; however I struggled with a valve and cracked tank (likely my fault). I looked and my 30 day exchange period was over. I was so upset and I was gonna toss it just like the others…until I saw on the box there was a manufacturer’s warranty. It couldn’t hurt to try, so I reached out to the company via email and never expected to hear back. Within HOURS I was offered two new valves which arrived quickly! (They even emailed to confirm I received them!!!) Then a few days later I either dropped the unit when it was too cold or water was in the tank and it froze. Whatever it was I told them how sad I was and begged for a new little tank. I was even willing to pay for it, but noooooo they insisted on sending me a BRAND NEW UNIT jic there were electrical issues!!! I have never seen a warranty work better, more quickly, or more efficiently. I am going to buy another one jic I can’t find one a few years down the road or misplace this one. If you’re looking for a window vac/shower vac this is the holy grail at a great price. Charges fast. Stays charged. Excellent suction. Easy to operate. Customer service is a 10/10.

I've seen a few mixed reviews, but i'll be honest I haven't experienced any of those weird quirks. This thing works amazingly! The suction works well and it leaves my mirrors Windows super clean. It's not a heavy device at all and it has very Sleek design.

The water bottle is not the highest quality but it works. The glass cleaner is great. Light weight and easy to use.

I’m a sucker for a cleaning hack. A window washing vacuum?! Sign. Me. Up. That said, my expectations were low. I have several large mirrors with little kid “I was here” handprints marking their territory. I have a MCM 1960’s home with cottage-style windows. That means LOTS of square window grids that need to be washed inside and out. Charming. Yes. A P.I.T.A (“Pane” in the A$$) to clean? Also yes. Enter: A vacuum for my windows!! The pluses: When it works, it’s MAGIC. Not a smudge or smear in sight. It’s better than a squeegee because squeegees produce a stream of drips that need to be managed before they fall down to the next pane, or get wiped and create more smudges. Is this nitpicky? Yes. But the only thing worse than a dirty window is a clean window with smudges in every pane from ‘cleaning.’ Noise Level: it’s about as loud as a Dustbuster. Not the level of a vacuum, but don’t do it around your sleeping babies. Suction: surprisingly good. I spray a window cleaner on, wash with cleaner side, then center and swipe. It sucks up all the icky cleanser, and I dispose of at the end. No more dirty rags wiped on to the next window etc. this part wins all the stars. The Cons: Cheaply Made. Who am I to criticize Magic, but it has some annoying flaws. First being the spray/cleanser squeegee. The spray nozzle broke after 1st use! If I use it to spray cleanser, it leaks and runs down my arm. Not cool. Less than dollar store quality. But I can’t throw it out because I love the attached squeegee cleanser. So this part of the product is only half useful and that’s annoying because it takes up a lot of room in my previous under sink real estate. Next, the compartment that collects the dirty liquid. Genius? Almost. Also after the early uses, maybe the fifth time, the super cheap but oh so necessary plastic flap broke. So when I dump Out the dirty window cleaner, there’s a loose piece of plastic blocking it to take 3xs as long to clean out. Lastly, the size is big enough for the bigger square panes, but totally nonfunctional for the smaller ones. They should make it in a smaller size for the smaller ones, and include both sizes in one package, eliminate the sprayer that leaks. It gets 3 stars for being an amazing idea, and loses 2 for cheap construction. These are too expensive to be a true hack, and too big of a splurge to replace every time they go belly up. It would be a messy return, even so, I wish the return “window” hadn’t closed before I had a chance to really use it and test its subpar functionality. Why make something this revolutionary, just to do a cheap job if it? I will update my review to 5 stars if I hear back from the company about returning or remedying my broken item. Despite these flaws, it’s worth taking a chance on, if you go in knowing it’s not the best value for its subpar longevity.

I purchased this to tackle some outdoor windows. I tried it out on (clean-ish) interior windows and the spray bottle attachment pops of frequently and was more cumbersome than using a glass cleaner and paper towel or other cleaning rag. The vacuum part functions better, however since part one doesn’t clean that well I had dirt streaks on the exterior windows. I decided to use the vacuum in the bathroom ie when getting out of the shower, or perhaps when cleaning my car and I want the water drops off as quickly as possible. Definitely don’t think anyone really needs this item.and I admit I have been influenced

I only used it 3 times. I am amazed how fast & well it works. It sucks up all the liquid off the window & leaves it streak free. Some of the reviews indicated that it did not perform very well. If you are careful when using the vacuum--keep it close to the glass & move at a controlled rate, this unit preforms well. I used it to clean my sliding glass doors. The whole job took me less than 5 minutes- both inside & out. I found no streaks the next day. If this unit keeps working as well as the first 3 times, I rate it as Excellent!! It is a real time saver. By the way, I hate cleaning windows but, this unit makes it very fast & easy.

It took me a minute to decide if I wanted to order this but because I have many sliders and glass shower doors, I decided to go ahead and order it. I'd rather work smarter, not harder. Out of the box, it's easy to figure out - mine even came charged. I tried this on my slider windows and found like other reviews said that it left a line but by putting a little more pressure on it while cleaning did the trick. The ONLY complaint that I have is getting the yellow container that holds the dirty water out of the machine. But I finally figured it out so adjusted my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I will say that the instructions are VERY clear. It's so nice having windows that are clear and streak free!

This works great, 4-stars only becayse the on-off button is in a bad place, rught where one needs to put a bit of hand pressure. So one tends to constantly turn it off, annoying. I used to have a similar one that cost way more, this seems to work just as good.
