No batteries
Very pleased. The product is as shown. The light is very powerful and lightweight. We purchased it for use in case of power outages due to hurricanes. Hope we never have to use it!

Poor Quality Lantern
This lantern seemed to work fine for a few uses, although it never was able to be charged. On about the 10th use , after maybe 5 hours of running time, the light just went out. It won't charge , it doesn't work, the light won't come on . Very disappointed in this item, piece of crap.

Better than a flashlight!
This is something I purchased for emergencies. The multiple brightness levels are a game-changer, especially if I want to conserve battery life but still have enough light to move around safely. And having the option to recharge it in your car? Super smart, especially if your area is prone to outages, which mine is. Pairing it with flashlights for more targeted lighting or portability gives you a solid setup. You're definitely prepared! Plus... it's probaby great for camping too!
