We have been using this for a few weeks and it's pretty good! The spray pattern is good with most of them useful and comfortable. It's nice to be able to pause water flow without turning off water. It looks really good. I have had rubber type jets before and it makes it easy to remove minerals... Just rub the little jets from side to side while water is flowing and the mineral deposit pops out and goes down the drain. It's a tiny speck so it won't hurt pipes. This is an inexpensive shower head and it works we. It would be better if the hose was 12" longer, but it does fine in a 4 ft. square shower. I like the chrome look. Most shower heads are plastic nowadays, unless you want/can to pay a high price. This had good features. I enjoy using the hand held for showering and to clean the shower. The lever that is used to switch between showerhead and handheld or both, is small. It should be about 2 centimeters longer or 1/2 an inch longer. The lever works but because of size it takes a bit to find it and use it, especially if your fingers are slippery from soap. But it does work. Maybe I just need a little more practice using it. The best part is two fold. The price low, so it is easy on the budget. The choices on both the showerhead and the handheld are good and the size of the showerhead is very good. It's getting hard to find wide showerheads that are not the rainfall type. I just don't like the rainfall type and they usually don't have enough pressure to rinse off easily. This is a very good showerhead and handheld combo and I recommend it! It arrived safely packaged and on time.

I looooooooove this shower head. I cannot stress it enough. It's simple to install, looks great, water pressure is the best we've ever had and now I actually look forward to taking showers. It's a great size, overall just a great shower head.

Overall satisfied, decent value. Was bummed it was all plastic, though Pros • Lightweight • Ok to install - it was my first time ever installing a shower-head, and I also got a filter that I had to factor in. I was able to get it all done step by step, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow for a newbie • Looks great • Love the large rain-like shower! • Comes with a little bit of plumbers tape which was great, I was worried I'd need to buy some separately Cons: • This might be on me, but everything but the hose is plastic. I was really hoping this would have more metal but I get that it's a value item off Amazon • Noticeable pressure drop when you use both the stationary and removable shower heads. When used individually the pressure is fine. Overall I am pretty happy with this!

Let me thank seller for the shipping: ordered on Friday, sept 11 at 7 p.m. Arrived the next day at 10 a.m with standard shipping. Wow. The shower combo is great: I got my gpm tripled in comparison to what I've had before and water now is actually boxing the hell out of my body, it has a lot of speed now. Temperature has grown too, because water doesn't have that much time to get cooled by the hose. I'm not sure about that one, but water feels much softer now. My hair feels softer too, by a lot. Now about installation. I've found some reviews with leakages and stuff. Here is my guide for those who haven't done that ever before: 1. Take your old shower off. Get rid of your old tape, make sure you clean the thread completely. Use anything you can, but don't scrape it. 2. Apply new tape, the one from the box. Make sure you do it counterclockwise, so it will stay in place when you'll thread the whole thing. 3. Before threading the water diverter onto your wall tube, tape the second thread, on which you'll connect the hose for the shower head. Make sure it goes counterclockwise too. Thread the locking peace as it's said in product's manual, then put thick washer inside the diverter's neck and thread it onto your wall tube, starting with it being flipped upside down, so that it will come to it's normal position after 3 full rotations. (Might be 2) Don't tighten this part too much, as this will damage the thick washer inside it. 4. Put thick shower into your shower house and screw it on water diverter, then screw the huge shower head with thick shower on (Don't use tape with this one). Keep diverter on place by your hand while doing that. After you've done, tighten the lock nut on your wall tube. Do your best to tighten it as much as possible, but don't use anything other than towel to help you. 5. Now you can finish installation with screwing the small shower head onto the hose (Don't forget the thick shower too). Check for any leakages. If there is a leakage at your wall tube, this means one of the two: 1) Your tape didn't stay in place, take it off and apply new. Remember, you will never need more than two layers of it on one thread. Make sure you pull it while binding, so that it gets inside tube's thread steps. 2) Diverter isn't sitting tight enough on the tube. Take it off, then screw it back on. Your goal is to make it come to it's perfect positioning while getting as tight, as needed naturally. You can take everything else off of it to make the process easy again. Experiment with starting position while screwing it until you get the result needed. Again, don't over tighten it - you can stop screwing once you feel that thick shower inside has collided with tube's thread. That should be it, I guess. It took me 15 minutes to install, trying two different ways of screwing diverter onto the tube. To those worried about small shower head not staying in, I include the video. If yours doesn't stay in place - order replacement. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied. Taking shower is a real joy now!

So far so good. Easy to install. Came with all the parts. Interfaces with the shower filter but I was unable to install the locking washer. No leaks. And the shower settings are pretty good. (Edit) been about a year now and the shower head is still doing good. The pores seem to have gotten clogged but nothing crazy. Did have a little bit of calcium staining but CLR cleaned it up quick and de-clogged some of the holes. Would buy again.

I have a super short shower ceiling(I rent) this fits perfectly. The shower head is large in size and each can rotate on a dime, so its great for positioning however you like. It's also very light weight. Some of it is chrome plastic, I can see it breaking easily if the hose shower hits the floor. The only thing I can say is that it doesn't give as much pressure as advertised, I'd give it a 5/10 for pressure. But I like it, its worth the money, I've had way worse.

First off, I’d like to say a huge thank you to the one reviewer who used an extension arm and posted a picture of it, because of that it was super helpful to me, in deciding to purchase one myself and installing it! So thank you! This is the best shower head and shower head combo I have ever purchased, and the best shower I have ever had! The settings on both the rainfall and handheld shower head are amazing! Everything from super powerful water flow, to a soft water flow. I love it. No regrets at all in purchasing this and I would highly recommend! Also I installed it by myself, with no help, so I found it fairly easy to do.
