Cover Ups work great!
I got these to go over my wraps so I could wear long pants without the Velcro snagging the inside of my pants. They fit great and work great!

Does the job but
It's so pricey, I need more than 1 but honestly can't afford to have them. They do the job but are overpriced in my opinion.

Too short to do much good
These are over-priced for what you are getting; but that's true of nearly all medical garments. My complaint isn't the price, but the size. The difference between large and small in the lower leg cover ups has to do with the circumference of your calf, and not the length of your lower leg. These are so short they leave a significant part of the compression wrap uncovered. defeating the purpose of the the cover up. $16 down the drain. An option in lengths would solve the problem. I've been using the detached arm of an old long-sleeve UnderArmour-type shirt. Better fit, better function.

Great
My pant legs used to ride up after sitting or walking, caught on the Velcro closures of my pressure bindings. Now I slip these on and I no longer have to stop and pull my pant legs down while walking or when getting out of the car. The only drawback is the small Velcro points used to hold them up don't always stay attached but it's no trouble to reattach them.
