These little torches come in a pack of two, which is just two individual boxes taped together. Inside each box is a torch and three AA batteries. I found it easy enough to unscrew the back of the torch, remove the battery compartment and insert the batteries. There's no indication which way round it goes, so it's a good idea to make a mental note of it when you are taking it out. The torch is as simple as it gets. There's only one button, which is easy to find because it's red and rubbery. As well as switching the beam on and off, it lights up a yellow ring around the head of the torch, though I'm not sure what the point of that is. The only other feature is a zoom/focus which is done by pulling the head of the torch out a little. Build quality seems fine. The torches are plastic so feel very lightweight but are comfortable in my hand and there's a lanyard on the back of each one should you want to hang it up or put it around your wrist. if you need a small battery-powered torch, these have the advantage of coming with batteries already included but are otherwise just basic torches, perfect for a power cut or hunting around in a dark cupboard. They are certainly bright enough and the size and weight makes them very portable, so you could keep one in your car or in a coat pocket. I'm very happy with them.

Torches felt very cheap and flimsy however price reflected this (just don’t expect quality at this price). The batteries on both torches leaking so dangerous and more importantly unusable. Having to return which wastes my time but won’t be reordering

Not bad torches, especially for the price. They're made from plastic, and I'm not sure how much they will stand up to being dropped, or how waterproof they are, and they're not the brightest torches I have seen, but they'll be fine for the kids. However, do not even attempt to use the supplied batteries! Despite having an expiry date of 12/2023, both sets had leaked badly. Do not give these to kids to open until you have replaced the batteries first!

Bought for the blackouts so haven't used yet, but they appear to be good bright little torches. Can't comment on battery life.

Good for walking the dog. One of the torches only worked for about 15 mins, the batteries got hot and it stopped.

These torches are a nice small design. Not the best quality, but not the worst either. Handy to have in the house for emergency power cuts and gives a bright enough light for activities such as night-time dog walking. I always like to have a torch with me when on a walk in the dark, especially as it’s useful for when I need to get out the doggy poo bags! These are a nice lightweight design that I can keep in my pocket without weighing me down. Always nice to have batteries included. Can’t yet comment on battery life but often batteries supplied with products aren’t the best quality so I think it won’t be until they need replacing that you’ll be able to tell how much power it uses and how quickly. Good size if you’re looking for something for children, as they’re a nice manageable size for small hands. 4 ⭐️
